is Colombia right now

on the morning of September 9 Javier Ordoñez, a 42-year-old man, was murdered by the police. he had been drinking with his friends and two officers found him drunk and on his way to buy more alcohol, despite the current prohibition.

he told the officers to give him a fine, one of the officers said he didn't do fines. he didn't put any resistance, the police pulled out a taser and started electrocuting him.

'please, stop,' he cried out.

they didn't.

he was taking to a small police station we call CAI, where he was beaten and presumably tortured (russian roulette) for hours.

when he got to the hospital, he died.

his death reminded us of Dilan Cruz, a 17-year-old boy who was shot in the head by a police officer in a protest.

in the last three months, there have been 58 mass murders the government refuses to address, saying they are not mass murders but collective homicides that cannot and will not be stopped.

people has started protesting and the police has started killing us. so far 200 people have been injured in the protests, 10 people have been killed by the police in a matter of two days.

a girl was raped by the police.

people are going missing.

they are torturing the people they're arresting.

in Colombia, we are dying. several international human rights organizations are concerned for the concentration of power in our president.

ivan duque (the president) and his mentor, alvaro uribe, both come from a party responsible for hundreds of deaths and state crimes. the violence they are responsible for goes beyond measure.

this year, a genocide against indigenous communities has started.

an indigenous 12-year-old girl was raped by 8 military man

2 indigenous leaders were killed by the army

the list goes on

the international media (and the national too) have done nothing but downplay or not talk at all about the violations against human rights and the genocide our country is suffering.

Bruno Madrigal Headcanon because I need it to survive, I think Bruno would be very clumsy with his S/O, and would be even more clumsy if his S/O promise to him that she would never leave his side and if she understood that his gift just show the future and don’t make the things happen (Very important this thing because HIS FAMILY DIDNT UNDERSTOOD THAT).

He absolutely loves cuddle with you, and would fall asleep if you touch his hair, he would feel so warm and loved, will make his day 100000% get better. He is shy, don’t forget about it, don’t pressure him to intimate talks before one year of relationship and he is a baby bean só protect him from the world.

I can imagine Alma getting mad and sometimes screaming at bruno to kinda relieve some stress, but she hurts a lot of our baby’s heart. After Abuela scream moment pass, Bruno was already gone, he run to his hideout behind the paintings.

Y/N search for him, and after some minutes/half hour, she finds him, he’s sitting on the corner, crying in fetal position, rats around him, some of they are on his shoulder, and others are on his hair sleeping, Y/N get on her knees in front of Bruno, and whispers very close to him: please mi amor, be strong, you know that your gift is the best, I know you can’t do it, don’t care about the others are saying. Bruno looks up, making eye contact with Y/N, his eyes are red, dry lips, tears that don’t stop falling and he still sobbing. You open your arms and he hugs you, Placing his head on your chest, listening to your heartbeat, you start to make imaginary circles on Bruno’s hair, when you look at him again, he fall asleep, you two stay till the night, when you wake him up, and they go to his room, Bruno will avoid abuela for 2 days or less, but if it gets serious he can avoid her a whole week, and that’s better for him, she makes a lot of pressure on him, and while he’s getting better, Y/N don’t leave his side, because she know that he needs her.

A small Camilo headcanon, I’ve been thinking about this, Camilo need to be forgive by bruno, cuz on the song he says 7 FOOT FRAME!! Like… damn poor bruno.

He would ask to his S/O go with him to ask if Bruno forgives him, it would be so cute, he’s so scared and regret what he said about his tio, I can figure it out so clearly, Bruno would panic and repeat a lot of times that he forgives him.

Now Camilo is so happy that his S/O is with him, holding his hand all the time, looking at him, her glowing eyes saying: be brave, I know that you can do it mi cariño.

After leaving Bruno’s room, he would take a deep breath and act like he have a super masculinity saying, it was so easy. And his S/O ask, are you sure? You almost broke my hand when he looked at you. And then he looks to Y/N and avoid to look to her eyes, and says with a low voice, almost whispering, no… I was so afraid, grácias mi amor (thank you my love), I couldn’t do this without you by my side… 🥺

So Y/N kiss Camilo’s cheeks, blushing right on sight, and says, I will always be by your side Camilo, I love you, and never ever again sing those things about your uncle!!

He instantly respond, I promise you that I will never sing bad things about my Tio again.
