Still in email and pre-convention purgatory, playing a lot of sa2 in my downtime to relax. The 90s ova is extremely up my alley, it's a gorgeous piece of classic 90s sci fi anime, and my new art bug in my brain is trying to make the sa2 storyline work in the post-nuclear apocalypse of the ova. That particular worldbuilding detail really works for me overall, and it's been a fun exercise in cartooning.

I'm back in email purgatory so I'm back to wasting my time with basically shonen anime, this time Sonic the Hedgehog Gijinka. Sonic Adventure 2 came out when I was 11 and cooked my brain like an egg. I love Shadow the Hedgehog with the pure unrestrained cringe-free joy of a closeted 11 year old.
