Jina Bazzar is a Palestinian author, born and raised in Brazil.Like most writers, her love of books began at a young age. Unlike most writers, she never aspired to become one.
It was only years after she became blind that she tried her hand at writing, giving voice to all the wild, rambling thoughts in her mind. She now lives in Palestine with her…
had a dream last night that my alarm was connected to twitter and everytime i hit snooze it publicly tweeted it with a disparaging little message along the lines of “filthy horrible boy has slapped the screen again, and slumbers on” so that your followers could shame you and i was deeply, DEEPLY humiliated but that did not stop me from hitting snooze upwards of 14 times

Isda does not exist. At least not beyond the opulent walls of the opera house.
Cast into a well at birth for being one of the magical few who can manipulate memories when people sing, she was saved by Cyril, the opera house’s owner. Since that day, he has given her sanctuary from the murderous world outside. All he asks in return is that she use her power to keep ticket sales high—and that she stay out of sight. For if anyone discovers she survived, Isda and Cyril would pay with their lives.
But Isda breaks Cyril’s cardinal rule when she meets Emeric Rodin, a charming boy who throws her quiet, solitary life out of balance. His voice is unlike any she’s ever heard, but the real shock comes when she finds in his memories hints of a way to finally break free of her gilded prison.
Haunted by this possibility, Isda spends more and more time with Emeric, searching for answers in his music and his past. But the price of freedom is steeper than Isda could ever know. For even as she struggles with her growing feelings for Emeric, she learns that in order to take charge of her own destiny, she must become the monster the world tried to drown in the first place.

Hi , from you view , what's important for blogging and writing reviews . BTW , ur reviews are best !
First of all I'm so sorry it took me so long to reply, I haven't really been using this account. And thank you so much🥰
I made my blog mostly on a whim. So I might not be the best person for this, but one thing I'm keeping in mind is that I really love reading and the blog is just another platform for me to shout out about it. I think you just gotta love what you are doing.
Another point which is easier said than done is to not compare yourself to other. I know I know I still do it but I'm trying to do better okay. Also just talking to people, leaving a question or something about the post in a comment is so much better than just writing 'great post'.
Ok on writing reviews
I too have a lot of problems writing reviews, especially for books I just like, books that didnt really you know bring a Feeling (could be good or bad). I can go on and on about books I loved (or hated) but it's kinda difficult to do with books that were just fine.
For those I usually go with CAWPILE, characters, atmosphere (worldbuilding), writing, plot, intrigue, logic, enjoyment.
For me characters and enjoyment are highest and take up more space in my reviews. Every other aspect depends on the book, like more attention to worldbuidling than logic in fantasy.
Hope this is somewhat helpful I have few posts I found helpful when starting out let me know if you want any
