Hi Jen! I hope you're doing well! I know this is a complete longshot, seeing as how they're so old and came out back in 2014, but is there any chance you still have the three save files by SimGuruZera called "Bachelor," "Mad Science," and "Power Couple"? I noticed them in an old YouTube video and have been looking everywhere online for them but can't find them anywhere. I even used Wayback Machine lol. Your post was one of the few to even mention them so I thought I'd ask.

I looked through my old Saves and couldn't find them, so I did a little searching on the web and found them on what looks to be a French Sims 4 forum (posted by SimModo_Olive). I downloaded the zip file in the post and loaded the save files up to make sure they were the same ones. They looked right to me!

I made sure I could load all three. I didn't play them, just loaded and saved. I renamed them with "777" in the number so they shouldn't overwrite any saves you already have, zipped them up, and uploaded them to Sim File Share:

Download SimGuruZera Save Files (SFS)

I haven't uploaded anything in ages so I hope Sim File Share is still acceptable! Let me know if you have any trouble downloading or opening the files. You'll want to just pop them into your Saves folder but if you're worried about them overwriting something, I would back up your Saves folder first just in case. If you don't have any saves starting with "777" in the file name then you should be okay. :)

Hi, Jen! I just wanted to tell you how much I love your Bakery& Spooky Store, especially the apartment above the bakery. It's such a lovely apartment! I don't even own GTW expansion pack, I knew I wouldn't be able to play as the owner, so I planned to place this lot and redecorate it to fit the requirements for a café or something, but as soon as I saw the apartment and the little garden, I wanted to keep it. I ended up making this lot a residential, where my sims live upstairs and have a pretend "business" on the ground floor. It's been so many things over the years: there was a bakery (selling cupcakes through the base game cupcake machine and "sell to the local bakery" option), a flower shop, a hipsterish furniture store (bakery's kitchen became a workshop and my sim got to exhibit the chairs he made in a pretentious interior), an abandoned arcade (my criminal sim had the best parties there). It became my sim's personal office every time they chose a career that allowed working from home.

Before I placed this lot, I thought I was a type of a simmer who mainly plays with families, but since the apartment had one bedroom and was only fit for a single sim or a couple, I've learned to have fun with that too! Never before this lot had my sims made so many connections! The annoying visitors that come to your lot randomly and knock on the door weren't annoying anymore, they somehow became relevant to the story surrounding the "business" that I currently had on the lot. My holiday decorations got much more creative with having to decorate both the apartment and the commercial space, my sim's parties became much more fun too. The most beautiful wedding I've ever had with my sims was on this lot, in their very own bakery. Anyway, you probably got the idea already, this is my favourite lot of all time, I can go on about it for ages..

Hi Anon!! This was so sweet! It actually made me a little emotional. I'm so glad you enjoyed my bakery build and got so much use out of it. I loved reading about all of the creative ways you used it! Who would have thought it would be a good place for an abandoned arcade where a criminal Sim throws great parties? LOL. I love it!

about red roof victorian house, is the best house i played in. it adapts to any role, family group, activities... I can change and decorate to my liking and include mods and it always works great. great job!

i am obsessed with your save file! i have the version with the replaced "willow creak", "newcrest" "oasis springs" and the retail world i can't remember the name of. please can you share more community lots from other worlds on the gallery! i love the way you build and make them have more than one purpose. i don't know if i will be able to play without your lots ever again. appreciate you!!

Hi Anon! I've honestly played very little with Evergreen Harbor, so I'm afraid I don't have anything built for it! :( No great ideas in my head for it, either. I'm sure there are some great lots on the Gallery, though! I hope you can find some that you like!

When it comes to posting CC Homes, what’s the best/easiest way to know what CC has been used. To you write a list as you build to type up later on?

Hi Anon! It's been awhile since I uploaded anything with CC, but I think I used to just keep a list in Notepad as I built. But I think you could also use Sims 4 Tray Importer (I use this to grab all of my Tray files because it's so easy!). When you view a lot in Sims 4 Tray Importer, you can click on the CC tab, and I believe it will load a list of the CC used for that lot.

Hi lovely Anon! Thank you so much! :) It makes me happy to know that you're enjoying my lots. The one in my profile image is my Springside Market build. The profile pic is at an angle such that you're only seeing the corner of the lot with the tower on it; the view beyond it is all neighborhood.

Hi Anon! Oh no, is that my Maristella Plus save? I didn't realize it wasn't playable anymore. Too many patches since I uploaded it, I guess? I was working on a megasave, but I haven't been very inspired lately, so I'm not sure when/if I'll ever get an update finished. :( However, all of my builds from my saves are in the Gallery, so you could still use the ones you like in your own save!

I have the building bug lately even though I haven't booted up my game much...I have the day off tomorrow for the holiday (observed) so maybe I'll see if I can build something *hopeful but slightly pained smile*
