God, I want Mamma Mia to become the Fast and Furious franchise of musicals. They just keep making them for no reason, and the more they make the more you don’t even care that there isn’t a plot.

You think we care about a plot? The first movie could have been solved in 2 seconds with a DNA test, but instead they decide to sing about how this girl doesn’t know which of these 3 men is her dad for 2 hours and in the end THEY STILL DON’T HAVE AN ANSWER. AND NO ONE CARES.

The plot is ABBA karaoke, and it brings me joy. That’s all you need to know.

I had my daughter from a previous marriage... my current husband not only knows my brand of tampons and preferences, but he knows my daughter’s brand of pads. He also buys us chocolate during our periods and is very body-positive conscious of us. AKA... doesn’t talk bad about our weight, body shape, tells us we are beautiful, intelligent, kind, etc. Tells us to stop talking bad about ourselves.... Previous relationships I would make excuses as to not see boyfriends during my period and they say my daughter as an oranament- aka something that was there to get brownie points in the first few months of dating me but not putting much effort to include her.. so to the girls who are dating boys who are afraid of periods... run away and find a man who knows it’s a part of life and makes an effect to take care of you. Also, to the girls with children and dating boys who don’t truly include their children...run.... there are men out there who are worth the wait.

pro tip: before getting serious w a man, just casually mention ur period. like, just say ‘my cramps are bad rn’ or ‘I have to go buy some pads’. his reaction is very telling of how mature and understanding he is. you don’t wanna be dating a grown ass man who gets grossed out by the word menstruation. u deserve someone who is comfortable w u and I do mean all of u. you’ll be thanking urself for doing it now and not later hun!

as you get older, you realize that you’re not always right and there’s so many things you could’ve handled better, so many situations where you could’ve been kinder and all you can really do is forgive yourself and let your mistakes make you a better person.
