Kick your sugar craving!

Sugar is kind of like coffee… or cocaine. You start with the occasional pick me up, and eventually, you just crave it constantly. If you aren’t one of the blessed ones who don’t have a sweet tooth and feel like you consistently crave sugar, it is a good thought to cut down for the sake of overall health. ADDED SUGARS contain no essential nutrients, are bad for your teeth, can overload your liver, cause insulin resistance issues, and has a fat-promoting effect creating weight loss issues for those trying to drop a few pounds.

Visiting my parents today and my dad is finally playing the piano again. I'm really glad he is as he loves it and it gives him joy, but I so wish he would stop with the song "Keep the Commandments". I now have it stuck in my head. Time for a little drive and some AC/DC to clear my head.
