It's not just that _huelk is some random background actor they're going to stick Ava with so that she doesn't end the gen single. It's that his being _huelk is so irrelevant to the season that this aspect has been covered strictly over text. It wouldn't surprise me at all if the actor isn't even aware of this angle to his character.

Hell, it wouldn't surprise me at all if the writers weren't aware of _huelk WHILE they wrote this season, and only added these chats when the season began and people started complaining about the sidelining of Ava and the mystery of _huelk possibly going unresolved.
