[01:25AM] It was pretty late when your boyfriend Lucas decided to spontaneously come to your place to watch Netflix with you. The green jacket he was wearing was drenched because of the small storm outside. You absolutely loved when the boy you adored came to your place, but neither at this ungodly hour nor soaking wet. In his hand was a wet box of chocolate which obviously was his way of apologizing to you.

He knew he didn't even need the chocolate since his smile was enough to warm your heart, but what you didn't know was he was going to steal some chocolate anyway.

With a faked annoyed groan you let him step inside, making sure to take his jacket to a warm place to dry. His dark brown hair which he had been hiding under his black hat was tousled and yet remained as fluffy as ever.

Instantly running around the house he grabbed several blankets and pillows while also trying to get some candies out of your shelves, which didn't end well. Quite a few pieces of candy fell to the ground and both of you just stared at the ground. Suddenly you began to laugh at just how childishly innocent your boyfriend is.

After picking up the sweets you took a bowl, filled it with some of your favorite treats and walked the couch. Lucas already had built a pillow fort with some blankets to lay on top of. Both of you went inside and snuggled close to each other. After both of you were comfortable Lucas finally pressed play on his tablet.

Truth be told, you didn't even last the first ten minutes without falling into the land of dreams. The last thing you remembered was Lucas pulling you closer, giving you a kiss on your forehead and telling you to sleep well.

[5:23AM] You didn’t remember when it started or what the first thing you saw was, but whenever you slept you felt like you’re living another person's life. Maybe it started when you were little or maybe it was like that your whole entire life.

Every time you closed your eyes you ‘woke up’ in another room in another city, maybe even country. The people around ‘you’ didn’t speak your language, so you tried to learn it at least a bit while you were awake. You only knew a few words and you tried your hardest to make out their name. Or rather his name.

Sometimes you wondered if he could also see what you sees whenever he fell asleep or if he was even real. A big part of you hoped it was like that, the other part of you didn't.

He seemed too real to be just a dream.

//POV SWITCH//

[4:29PM] "What? Did you dream of her again or what?" His best friend Yuta nudged his arm, obviously making fun of him for dreaming of someone else's life. It was weird how he was the only one being able to see something like that, which is why he only told people he trusted a lot.

There was no logical reason for any of this. Everytime he fell asleep he was somewhere else; sometimes in a bright orange room, sometimes in a loud classroom and sometimes on a field. He had no control of what he dreamed of or where he looked, which sometimes was kind of a problem.

"Johnny, are you even listening?" Yuta snapped him out of his thoughts, noticing he was in fact not listening. "Listen. If you can see what that girl is seeing, then she might be able to do the same. Maybe try to write a letter or something. If she can see it then she might respond with another one"

His friend was right. Kicking down some rocks down the road wouldn't bring him anything. He needed to do something to quench his curiosity.

//POV SWITCH//

[8:46PM] Sitting down on your yellow bed you suddenly started to think of him. You were unsure of his name but you were sure you've heard his friend say Johnny. Thinking of his name made your heart flutter for some reason. Trying to shake this feeling off you put your hair in a ponytail and laid down. All you wanted to do now was to escape your daily life and see what Johnny was doing.

Instead of the usual sight of him strolling down the street, you saw him write a paper. You've often seen him write something down, but this time it was in English. Your head was a bit cloudy, but you tried your best to read what he wrote:

"I don't know if you can even see this, but what's your name? We haven't talked once, but I really want to meet you.

Here's my number: +82 XXXX XXXXXX

- Johnny, your soulmate ;-)"
