CA SB657: Supply Chain Transparency Act

At JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP, we have always worked to ensure ethical working conditions throughout our supply chain. We make in-person factory visits and require independent, third-party audits to verify that the environment is as safe and healthy as it was presented to us. In accordance with the California Supply Chain Transparency Act, the following are the actions we take to ensure that human trafficking and slavery do not exist anywhere in our supply chain.

1. Verification

At a minimum, disclose to what extent, if any, that the retail seller or manufacturer engages in verification of product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery. The disclosure shall specify if the verification was not conducted by a third party.

JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP requires all direct suppliers to go through annual compliance audits, as well as quarterly observation audits, which are performed by an accredited third-party auditing firm. These audits focus on assessing working and living conditions of the workers, verifying wages and ensuring workers are paid according to the hours worked, ensuring health and safety aspects in the working and living environments are properly maintained as well as making sure all documents and records are available, valid, and verified.

JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP shares our Vendor Code of Conduct (VCOC) with all of our direct suppliers and requires this to be displayed in a central location at the factory. The VCOC has been translated into the major languages used along our supply chain (English, Spanish, Italian, Chinese Simplified, and Vietnamese).

Prior to starting a business relationship with JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP, direct suppliers are required to complete vendor profiles providing information regarding social responsibility, including, but not limited to, standard hours worked per employee per week, minimum age of workers, disciplinary procedures, and preventative actions against forced or imprisoned labor. This document allows JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP to evaluate risk at the early stages of a new partnership.

2. Audits

At a minimum, disclose to what extent, if any, that the retail seller or manufacturer conducts audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards for human trafficking and slavery in supply chains. The disclosure shall specify if the verification was not an independent, unannounced audit.

Full audits occur annually and is semi-announced (the factory is given a 10-day window where the audit could occur), conducted by an accredited third-party auditing firm. The audit focuses on labor, wages/hours, health and safety, management systems and environment. The auditors perform in-person interviews, both one-on-one and in groups in the local language in order to better understand the working conditions and feedback that workers may have about working at the facility. The auditor reviews payroll and attendance records in order to ensure that compensation both meets legal minimums and workers are paid for the correct hours & overtime.

Additional quarterly unannounced observational audits are performed based solely on visual observation, focusing on labor and health and safety requirements. Observation audits provide good insight into daily and routine practices at the facility.

CAPs (Corrective Action Plans) are required to address any non-compliance findings and allows JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP to work directly with the suppliers towards a solution to either correct, improve, or enhance systems and procedures within the facility.

JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP conducts all annual audits using an expanded sampling, which provides a larger representation of the wages/hours data at each facility.

Members of the JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP supply chain team have participated in multiple audits and worker interviews.

3. Certification

JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP’s core values—“the ethical choice is the right choice” and “everyone can and should make a difference”—are two values that our teams use to guide decisions, both in supply chain relationships as well as internal decision-making.

While we are determined to work only with suppliers that have like-minded values, we can only effectively impact slavery and human trafficking with the support and cooperation of our suppliers.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any labor-related non-compliances found in the supply chain. As such, we will immediately terminate business relationships regardless of contract or potential revenue.

CA SB657 compliance training was completed by all parties that interact with our supply chain. This training provided us with tools to mitigate risk within the supply chain and provide next steps if a team member discovers any non-compliance.

5. Training

At a minimum, disclose to what extent, if any, that the retail seller or manufacturer provides company employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, training on human trafficking and slavery, particularly with respect to mitigating risks within the supply chains of products.

The JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP Compliance team attends trainings and seminars to ensure internal awareness of various supply chain trends specifically in regards to labor and human rights issues. We partner with third-party entities to obtain information across our global supply chain.

JUJUTSU KAISEN SHOP Product and Supply Chain teams are required to participate in the CA SB657 compliance training on forced labor and human trafficking violations, and steps to identify and report on high-risk areas across the supply chain. Such training has been conducted for existing team members and will be required for all new hires.

Cancellation

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we will help you to change the items you wish to replace.

Cancellation of an order is possible as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. A cancellation fee of 10% is charged to a customer who wants to cancel their order. Cancellation of an order is not possible for orders that have already been shipped.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Jujutsu Kaisen: 10 Anime Characters Who Can Defeat Sukuna

The Cursed King definitely ranks amongst the most powerful anime characters, but there are some with strength that dwarves that of Sukuna’s.

Sukuna is the primary antagonist of the popular anime Jujutsu Kaisen. He holds the title of ‘King Of Curses.’ Once upon a time, the cursed spirit was a human so strong that it required the collective effort of the strongest sorcerers to take him down. After his death, he became a cursed spirit and, with his curse too overwhelming to destroy, his power was split amongst 20 indestructible fingers.

Sukuna has proven to be an insanely powerful character, and fans of the show are yet to witness the full extent of his power. But even in his suppressed form, Sukuna effortlessly defeated several special grade curses with his OP abilities and unbeatable domain expansion. The Cursed King definitely ranks amongst the most powerful anime characters, but there are some with strength that dwarves that of the diabolical Sukuna.

Satoru Gojo Remains The Strongest Jujutsu Character

With Sukuna’s full power still very much a mystery, Satoru Gojo takes the title of strongest Jujutsu Kaisen character. The sorcerer is a bonafide prodigy who inherited the acclaimed six eyes and limitless abilities from his clan; the first to inherent both in four hundred years.

So far in the series, Gojo is yet to break a sweat, defeating several special grade curses with his domain expansion and manipulation of the limitless space that surrounds him. It’s possible that, once he has recovered all of his fingers, Sukuna gives Gojo a taste of defeat. But viewers will be racking their brains trying to understand how to defeat a man who seemingly cannot be touched.

Saitama’s Full Power Is Unrivaled In Anime

Saitama is the protagonist and titular character of the parodic anime One-Punch Man. Bald and physically average in appearance, Saitama is living proof that you should never judge a book by its cover. Many monsters take one look at him and laugh, before swiftly meeting their end via a simple punch.

With the ability to defeat anyone in a single punch, Saitama is OP and practically undefeatable. The distinct contrast in personalities between Sukuna and Saitama would lead to a fun interaction, but the battle would be short and sweet. Sukuna would meet his end at the hands of the caped baldy.

Goku Competes With Gods Of Destruction

Goku is recognized as one of the strongest anime characters and he relishes fights with the strongest opponents. The Saiyan warrior has worked tirelessly over the years to acquire more and more strength and has been unquestionably successful. Current Goku can compete with Gods of Destruction; beings capable of wiping out entire planets with a single move.

Whilst powerful, it’s difficult to imagine Sukuna possessing such raw power. Maybe capturing Goku in his malevolent Shrine would offer Sukuna a glimmer of hope, but it’s likely Goku is far too strong and skilled for the king of curses.

Meruem’s Durability Gives Him The Advantage

Both cursed energy and Nen are detailed and flexible power systems that make battles unpredictable. Sukuna represents the pinnacle of cursed energy and technique whilst Meruem stands atop of the Hunter X Hunter world due to the sheer amount of aura he possesses. This battle would pit Sukuna’s deadly techniques against Meruem’s near invulnerability.

Fans know just how destructive Sukuna’s techniques are but he is yet to face someone with the strength, speed, and durability of Meruem. Additionally, Meruem possesses superior intellect and if he can survive for long enough, then he will eventually figure out the perfect counter to Sukuna. The win goes to the Chimera Ant King.

Naruto Uzumaki Is Aided By His Limitless Chakra

As Hokage and one of the two strongest ninja in history, Naruto is a force to be reckoned with. The shinobi possesses practically limitless chakra and has access to a plethora of abilities including Sage mode and the destructive Rasenshuriken.

He’s battle experienced and, although not known for his intelligence, is capable of formulating creative strategies to defeat his opponent. Sukuna’s true power is still unknown, and it’s possible he can defeat Naruto if he activates his domain expansion. But for now, Naruto remains the safe bet.

Alucard Can Call Upon Level Zero To Defeat His Enemy

The original vampire and human embodiment of evil, Alucard is a terrifying opponent. However, it’s unlikely his presence alone would intimidate Sukuna, who is every bit as diabolical as the blood-sucking anti-hero. These two are evenly matched, with Sukuna possessing superior strength and speed but Alucard being the more durable of the two with superior hax abilities.

However, when in trouble, Alucard can call upon his level Zero to unleash his full power. In this horrifying form, the vampire vigilante calls upon all the souls he has devoured during his lifetime and commands his own army to unleash hell.

Nanika’s Power Has No Limits

Nanika is a mysterious being from the Dark Continent that possesses Alluka Zoldyck and is capable of pretty much everything. Its ability is wish-granting but with disastrous consequences, meaning that for every wish you make, a proportional catastrophe will occur. For example, a Zoldyck family butler wished to be made a billionaire which resulted in the later deaths of 67 people.

So far it appears that Nanika is capable of anything and thus can defeat anyone. The mysterious being is not much of a fighter but can wipe anything from existence. Sukuna doesn’t stand a chance against such incredible power.

Vegeta Becomes Stronger The More Formidable His Opponent Is

There are few, if any, anime characters that love to fight as much as Vegeta. The Saiyan prince is incredibly proud of his power and takes every opportunity to demonstrate just how strong he is. Vegeta is fearless and he would have no problem confronting the King Of Curses.

Sukuna is similarly proud of his status, and the dialogue between the pair would be riveting. However, Sukuna is yet to show any power that rivals Vegeta’s full capabilities who, like Goku, can fight on par with Gods of Destruction. Recently, Vegeta developed his own take on Ultra Instinct, named Ultra Ego, allowing him to grow stronger with the more punishment he takes. In this form, he’s almost unbeatable.

Father Attained The Power To Rival God

After absorbing God, Father is capable of almost everything. He can manipulate both energy and matter, a feat almost unrivaled in the anime world. He demonstrates this power in the coolest way possible, creating a miniature sun in the palm of his hand.

This ability alone is enough to easily overcome Sukuna, but there are many other strings to Father’s bow. He can heal any wound by sacrificing one of the millions of souls he absorbed during his early life, and apply his unrivaled intelligence to overcome any obstacle. For a brief period of time, Father was every bit as powerful as God.

Escanor Is Unbeatable When The Sun Is At Its Highest

Escanor, otherwise known as the Lion Sin Of Pride, is a member of the Seven Deadly Sins who represents the pinnacle of humanity. His ability, Sunshine, means that Escanor’s strength increases as the sun rises in the sky. When Midday approaches, Escanor’s considerable strength reaches its peak and the man-mountain can unleash ‘The One,’ a move so strong that it temporarily subdued the Demon King.

If Sukuna was the careful type, he would battle Escanor at night, when he is just your average man. But like his opponent, Sukuna is immensely proud of his strength and that would be his downfall. The curse cannot compete with a fully powered Escanor.
