So my cellphone just fucking died to be honest he was already dead for at least one year literally he turned off if the battery went under 80 % so I was using him connected to the charger at all times what caused the battery to inflate and this morning the power button just gave up so now I'm using an old windows phone that's not compatible with any app, no tiktok,no Facebook,no Instagram and no YouTube but guess who is the one app the one social media who is so fucking old and bad that its still usable This hell site

From all the main characters of harry Potter only Hermione is part of the oppressed group and besides Hermione we can only count the Crevey brothers, olivander, moaning Myrtle and lily potter as muggle borns with any importance on the books and five of those are dead by the end of the books (two of them were dead before the books even started)

Also besides Dumbledore telling harry to do good and fight the bad guys he had no good reason to not hate muggles and muggle Borns because he grew up being abused by his muggle aunt and bullied on his muggle school

Actually we have more three muggle Borns of importance Voldemort himself Dolores umbridge and Snape two of those are vicious anti muggles and one is the dude who literally called his friend the magical equivalent of a n word and went on to willingly join the magical Nazis because his friend didn't wanted to bang him

So is actually much more worse as Rowling wrote about a oppressed group from the perspective of someone who wasn't part of Said group and made the worst villains secretly part of the opressed group

Rowling sucks

The fact that Harry Potter was not a member of the group the villains were targeting will always both confuse and anger me because that would be similar to like. writing a book about an anti-LGBTQ hate group and making your main character a straight person. I know that Harry Potter obviously wasn’t about a real group but it still just. it feels really weird and uncomfortable that the guy who was going to save everyone from the big bad guy wasn’t even a part of the group the bad guy had it out for. Even if that doesn’t make you really uncomfortable at least consider how much better the story could have been if the only reason Voldemort wanted to hurt Harry wasn’t just “prophecy he didn’t even know is real.”
