I loved it!!! Can I request how does jade feel about someone coming around darling??

Oh Jade is not going to like this at all.

While they certainly aren’t the worst of the yandere’s when it comes to this kind of thing (That particular yandere still hasn’t been released yet actually.), they are still pretty bad with sharing.

Jade is terrified of their darling pushing them away or finally growing bored with them. Their fear of being replaced is enough to make everyone seem like a threat but thankfully this doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re going to get aggressive. Yet. 

For the most part, people just being around their darling is just going to make them a bit more clingy than usual. Which is a bit of a feat in itself. But if someone is actively trying to spend more time with their darling and is seen on a semi regular basis, that’s when things start to get a little worrying for the broken little fae.

If you thought that Jade was clingy before, they’re practically glued to you now. Unfortunately if they get to this point, then they aren’t just going to be satisfied simply sticking by your side. 

Whoever it is that’s making a nuisance of themself, will very quickly find themself under the intense and unblinking glare of the obsessive little fae. Even once they’ve finally gotten the hint and backed off, they will still feel that unsettling stare following them for quite some time.

Thankfully a simple touch from their darling, is usually enough to have them directing all their attention back to them as they practically melt under their touch, the source of their irritation completely forgotten in the face of such desperately needed affection.

If by some chance this isn’t enough to deter them however, then they might just find themself the target of some dastardly fae pranks. These malicious pranks can range from mildly annoying, to mildly life threatening. But either way they’re definitely going to find their life a whole lot harder from that point on.

For the person’s sake, let’s just hope they don’t try and take things even further.

The fae aren’t exactly known for being forgiving creatures after all.

Ozul or matteo singing a lullaby for a darling that has nightmares? 🌜😴

Ozul is startled when you tell them why you had woken so violently and has to take several moments to process the information. It’s been so long since they’ve experienced dreams and longer still, since they've experienced a nightmare. In all honesty, they had assumed you’d been cursed or had accidentally gotten into one of their potions at first.

While it is a relief that you’re not in that kind of danger, they are very much aware that sleep is important for mortals and that stress can have an incredibly bad effect on a human’s health and wellbeing. 

With a frown on their face, they’ll hold you close or rub soothing circles on your skin as they try and remember what their mother use to do for them when they were a child. 

Eventually their frown will smooth out as a particular memory comes to mind, before they turn and give you the faintest smile.

Whether you choose to curl back up in bed or you need to lay somewhere else to be comfortable, Ozul will gently wrap you up in their embrace as if shielding you from the world and press your head against their broad chest, making sure you’re comfortable before they begin to sing.

The song is one that you’ve never heard before and the lyrics are spoken in a language that the world has long forgotten, but Ozul’s deep and smooth voice makes understanding it unnecessary. They have a truly beautiful voice, the kind that you can imagine luring unsuspecting humans into deadly situations with ease, each sound almost seeming to be saturated with the very magic that always seems to pour off of them. Right then however, there’s nothing malicious about it, their magic blanketing you in a feeling of safety and comfort as the rumbling in their chest lures you into a dreamless sleep.

They’ll sing you to sleep every night, if you so wish.

Matteo is baffled by the concept of a nightmare until you explain that sometimes it can even be bad memories that have been twisted by the mind’s imagination. THAT is something he’s familiar with and the idea of you experiencing something like that, is enough to bring a frown to his usually rather blank face.

Unfortunately Matteo has no idea how to comfort you for such a thing and can’t even remember if someone ever did the same for him. You’ll have to outright ask him for a lullaby if you want one, and still he will come up empty for a while.

Thankfully he has an impeccable memory when it comes to the missions that he use to preform as a spy, and it only takes him a few moments of sorting through them for him to find one where he overheard a mother singing to her daughter in the motel room next to the one he was doing surveillance in. While it was in Spanish, he figures that should be good enough.

Matteo's voice is deep and husky and usually quite bland in terms of emotion and tone, but for this he tries to put the same sort of emotion into it as the mother he had heard. He’s not the best singer, but for something like this, it’s still quite soothing to hear.

He’ll open his arms to you in a silent invitation and start singing as soon as you’re warm and comfortable, his voice and the rising and falling of his chest, lulling you to sleep slowly but surely.

No matter how uncomfortable his position may be, he’s not moving from that spot until you wake up on your own.

He’d hate to disturb you when you look so at peace in his arms.
