FEAR

bustling thoughts, eyes swelled, fear rising as my anxiety takes over me. feeling overwhelmed by my thoughts, by the unknown.

why am I so afraid?

unaware, unsure and unprepared, 1000 thoughts, its hard to keep focus. I close my eyes and take a deep breath… I hope they don’t notice me.

anxiety showers me, chaos buzzing around my head, I can’t let them see me slipping, what will they think of me?

bustling thoughts, eyes swelled, fear rising. feeling overwhelmed… by my thoughts, by the unknown.

This is fear.

BORN TO LOVE

Are we taught how to love? I think we are born to love but through experiences that becomes tainted & we forget love & its meaning. We grow tough skin and convince ourselves that we can’t be loved, aren’t worthy of love. I think opening up to those hidden parts of ourselves reveal truths & once we understand where that pain, fear, or anxiety comes from we then begin living in our truth & living in your truth opens your entire world…to possibilities of love which, is endless.

Love is like the wind, like the sun kissing my cheek, the ocean rushing onto my feet, sun rising, warm breeze…fresh grass brushing against me.
