"Yes, I was aware of that," he agreed. "The being in America part. But I wasn't sure quite where in America it was. These backwoods parts do tend to look very much alike. Still, lead on MacDuff," he gestured, wondering if she would understand the reference.

"My name is Loki," he replied, following carefully behind her. "It's the first time anyone as said knowing my name was a pleasure."

He wasn't lost of course. Loki never went anywhere that he didn't know exactly where he was. He had planned to land exactly at this point. But that was currently irrelevant. What was relevant was the fact that there was a very pretty young woman in front of him offering to spend more time with him.

"As a matter of fact, I am," he said. "If you wouldn't mind helping me back to town I would be very grateful. This is such strange country I find myself in."

"Just regular business stuff," he sighed. "Running a company is no joke. The good thing about being the boss is I can disappear when I need to and not many people ask questions. But it does look weird when you fall asleep in a board meeting because you were up all night trying to save the city from Deathstroke. Everyone thinks I'm just some fucked up party boy. Just once i'd like to tell them how hard i'm working." Oliver shook his head. "Sorry, dont' mean to whine about it. You've got it harder. Making rent and kicking ass. but you do it very well.

"Welcome," he smiled, settling next to her. Ollie stretched out and wrapped an arm around her shoulders. "Same as you I guess. Trying to protect my city. And try to run a company at the same time. I don't know how other people do it. Have a day job and do superhero work. It's stressful. But I'm managing it."

"What do think about a wedding on the farm?" Chris asks as he wraps his arms around Una from behind.

"Can you promise I wont' smell horse shit?" she asked, settling into his arms. "I think that would be lovely. Plenty of space for everyone."

"Is it?" she asked, looking away for a moment. "Why would I make a move against you? Our realms are already at war. It does me no good to try anything." She raised an eyebrow at his words. "You've agreed to meet me. You must want to see me."

"Oh I'm sure Titania is very certain of your love for her," Mab replied, not too concerned about the Fae Queen. Though she probably should. If it came down to a fight, she would lose. But she wasn't playing that game. "Pursuit? Whatever could you mean?" Her expression was pure innocence. He would read mothing from her. Not if she could help it.

"I promise," he agreed without hesitation. He would find a way to stay with her. As long as she needed him.

Scully was not sure what was happening here but honestly it was well needed. After everything she had been through, finding out she was with child, having him alone, losing Mulder and finding Mulder just to lose him again. Then she gave up William so he could have a better life.

It was all so much for Scully and she was just happy to have some kind of normalness even if it was with her boss. Which in all honestly she felt Skinner was more than just her boss now. He was a good friend. Someone she felt that she could trust.

A small smile formed on Scully's lips as she poured another glass of wine. "Ok so tell me, what was the most out there thing you have seen with your own two eyes?"

"Easily," she agreed. She reached down to help him sit up, putting pillows behind his back so he would be comfortable. "Better?"

She had never lost hope. Not once in all the years that had passed between then and now. So many others told her it was futile, that Steve was gone and never coming back. But Peggy never lost hope. She knew he would return to her.

And now here he was. He hadn't quite woken up yet but Peggy was by his side every day, waiting for those bright blue eyes to open again. She spoke to him at length, telling him all about waht had happened since they had last seen each other. Peggy wasn't sure he could hear any of it but she kept talking anyway.

When those eyes finally did open up, she found she was completely out of words. Except one. "Steve."

"It's been a very long day," he said as he took the flask and took a swallow full. He rinsed his mouth out before spitting into the bushes. "You don't ever feel like anyone speaking to you makes you feel like you could snap and go feral?" He had been feeling very feral. It was a better now. "So what were you going to do? To cheer me up, I mean."

He released her with a small snarl, eyes angry and mouth petulant. "I've asked several times to be left alone and no one seems to listen. So if my words aren't enough I must use my actions. Perhaps then I will finally get what I want." He couldn't even stand to be around his twin right now which was very unusual for him. "What do you want?"
