What do you think Black Jack wrote in the letter to Black Queen. Its always been a wonder for me since he was going to confess to her.

From which chapter are you referring to? If it’s in regards to final scene in the chapter “Black Queen”, Black Jack tore up the woman’s letter.

If pinoko would have been born like a natural human being, what would she be??? Excluding the nurse or caregiver choice

Black Jack Final OVA suggests the heir to a wealthy family! Can you imagine Pinoko as some sort of young lady character?

But, I feel like she would still be her tomboyish [by... 1970′s Japan standards] self, compared to her more feminine and elegant sister, aha.

A school teacher (elementary or perhaps middle school, definitely not kindergarten or preschool, she doesn’t have the patience!) with a comically bad temper at times, although with a mostly sweet disposition!

Illustrator of children’s books! Or maybe she draws and reads her own kamishibai to kids. (This is solely based on that Young Black Jack live action/drama special with the kamishibai starring Pinoko...).

Writes a gossip column or maybe gives earnest, but awful (yet very funny) advice in a newspaper. She’s totally serious about it, the editors and readers are think it’s a joke.

A pastry chef! Loves to make fancy wedding cakes, dreams of baking her own wedding cake, too (double-functions as a good advertising opportunity!).

A... singer, perhaps? She has a sweet voice. ;3;

Tries to do wildlife rescue volunteer work, but isn’t quite cut-out for doing it long-term like Yuri is, Pinoko mostly got into it because she thought she’d be saving cute forest critters and didn’t quite expect how messy and sometimes dangerous it’d get!!

When I was younger, Black Jack and Pinoko seemed much more romantic, but now that I’m older, while their anime counterparts still are, the manga pair are much more tragic–their sweeter moments are still incomparable, but there’s so much sadness in Pinoko’s attachment to Black Jack.
