Our values reflect certain core anchored emotions/feelings we want to feel in our life, body and being. And when we can support ourselves in feeling/being in these emotional states, we create a new normal in our nervous system's wiring. This helps us live fully, be fully alive, authentic and ourselves.

What we have choice over is how we respond. When we respond differently to the things that trigger us - we are changing the pattern. We are healing. We are no longer perpetuating the familiar way of self-knowing and self-being. We are becoming our own source of Love.
