Winter storm in Northern Norway | Speedpaint [Clip Studio Paint]

Speedpaint: Northern Norway during a storm last winter. Here I wanted to replicate the eerie atmosphere in the original photo I used as a reference. The photo was taken by Allan Klo and was used in a news article for the Norwegian news site NRK.

Speedpaint; In the first 50 seconds of the video I’m trying to follow the tutorial from The Joy of Painting season 4 episode 8 “Wetlands” while it was airing on the Bob Ross twitch channel. After this I continued the sketch adding elements and details with Ross’ painting as a loose reference. The video is taken from Clip Studio Paint’s new timelapse feature.

My goal for this year is to do 52 landscape/environment studies, 1 for each week, and this is the second one.
