some people were asking for a actual and i can never pass up an opportunity to procrastinate so here’s just a couple of things i always need to remind myself of…now back to my paper :(
Hii! I haven’t been active recently, because there’s just soo many things to do.
My today’s mood is to just relax a little bit. Study for my exam a little and then reaaaad. Currently reading Haruki Murakami “Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimare”. So far so good.
Soooo, I have 38 days until my deadline for research paper, 70 days until my Estonian language exam, 102 days until my mathematic exam and I think about 120 days until my social studies school exam.
I have decided to try the 100 (+20) days challenge. All of those exams above decide whether or not I finish my high scool and get into the university of my choice. If I really want to study law in the University of Tartu, I think it is the last time to start seriously prepare for them and finish all my courses and start to review all the material.
Fortunately I did my CAE exam in december successfully, so I don't have to worry about foreign exam anymore. One down, three to go.
Hey everyone! The semester has kicked off for many of us already, myself included, and I just gotta say, it’s been pretty crazy. I wanted to share some tools that have helped me and hopefully can help you too in having at least some semblance of organization this semester.
A couple notes: The first preview will show both high and low contrast versions. Remaining previews will show high contrast only but there are low contrast versions available. I have no idea why but the reviews may look different on different browsers/screens. They should print out fine, though. Click images for better quality, or go straight to the download link.
I want to be honest. I haven’t done anything productive in the past 2 days. The truth is that I’m struggling with my own thought a lot right now and within I struggle to do everyday tasks as you can see by my messy desk. It’s a rough patch to take in, but I’m hoping that tomorrow will be a little easier.
At least yesterday I did something.
Yesterday I visited Parlament and shadowed our Minister of Culture. It was so interesting. I also saw Estonian famous film director Tanel Toom who came to the Ministry of Culture with other film directors to discuss problems of film making in Estonia.
Who is Tanel Toom?
He is the director of the film Truth and Justice.
“Truth and Justice (Estonian: Tõde ja õigus) is a 2019 Estonian epic drama film directed by Tanel Toom. The film is an adaptation of the first volume of the 1926–1933 social epic pentalogy of the same name by Estonian author A. H. Tammsaare.”

Why was I so excited?
I study in humanitarian class, so we talk about Estonian literature and films a lot. I loved A. H. Tammsaare's first book of the pentalogy. It’s actually a little bit dark, most students may find it too melancholic, which it is, however, I think that Tammsaare's approach to love, work, etc is really thoughtful and it gives a lot to discuss and think about.
Wohooo abiturium is on remote learning starting from tomorrow. School wants to make sure we all are fit to do Cambridge Advance Exam on the 5th of December :))) I have no idea how I’ll survive, everything is a mess already.

Zum old photo and a lil motivational quote.
Remember that your failure doesn’t define you. Your response to mistakes defines you. I believe that sometimes it is really hard to tell yourself or not to blame yourself. It’s something that I struggle with a lot in my life because of my mental state. But trust me, it is worth the effort to try again & again & again.
