Despite loving to listen to music while working, ambience/ASMR videos help me focus much better. They drown out the noise from the real world around me that might be distracting, and they can also be a source of comfort, especially when they’re fandom related. Because of that, these videos have also helped me tame down my anxiety at times, so I always encourage people to find their go-to ASMR video.
In this post, I thought I’d share some of the best ones I’ve found on youtube. They’re going to be divided in fandom related stuff, misc. ambience/asmr videos, and lengthy study with me videos. At the end, I’ll also list some of my favorite channels. Hope you enjoy!

Music is powerful. Research shows that music can alter a person’s mood and behaviour, as well as their physical body.
The Benefits Of Meditation Music

Meditation literally grows your brain
Meditation increases blood flow to your brain
Meditation reduces cortisol production,
Meditation reduces blood pressure and heart rate
Meditation increases neuroplasticity.
