Con is going great so far!

Ethan Phillips is the absolute sweetest and I didn’t realize how incredibly FUNNY he is. He and Max Grodénchik win the “Biggest Sweethearts of The Con” award!

We also got to see Jeffrey Combs, Casey Biggs, and Vaughn Armstrong today. I offered to buy Casey Biggs some Kanar and he was like “absolutely not” XD. Apparently the prop “Kanar” was actually Karo Syrup…so corn syrup. He immediately looked disgusted when I brought it up. Sorry Casey!😭

We watched Darren Aronofsky’s “The Whale” roughly 30 minutes ago. I just now have calmed down and stopped crying.

I have never been impacted by a movie like this before. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is the best movie I’ve ever seen and the most gut wrenching. I don’t know how I’ll recover from this and I don’t want to. It was the most human, tragic, beautiful, repulsive, and poignant film I have ever seen. Brendan Fraser was absolutely incredible, the best acting I’ve seen in a long time. It was so honest, heartfelt, and tragic.

I’m crying again.
