I’m going to fast for 48 hours then I’m going to do a soup diet and stay under 500 cals for the next 2 weeks and I’ll post food logs here and updates since I can’t stay on track if I’m not paying here, also took some laxatives sad well to help fix what I binge on

Broke my 35 hour fast with 176 cals going to fast again till tomorrow because when I weighted 132.2lbs this morning, I’m 2 days getting back on track and I got my laxatives so for the next couple days Imma stay on track and fast and stay under 800 kcals

God I hate myself so much I can’t stop binging and like I can’t even get laxatives and I haven’t shit in like 5 days and my insides are dying so currently working on getting some going to fast for 36 hours and I’m thinking about getting back into working out it’s just not currently living in my own house living in my friends house with tons of people, also I weighted myself last night after I was done eating and bloated I was 135lbs 1 GAINED 15 FUCKING POUNDS IM GOING TO KMS!

Been trying to get back on track today I had 1300cals which idk if it was even that much because I had macaroons and i don’t know the calories of it so I had put down like 800 cals for 4 small macaroons and then I had a bagel.
Im going to fast for 24 hours definitely maybe longer it all depends and I don’t wanna break it with pasta and meat balls but that’s what I might have to do but it’s a small portion like maybe under 800cals.
I’m going to weigh myself in the morning after not doing it for 4 days so I hope there’s not much weight gain, praying that I’m still under 130lbs, and it’s my goal to be 115lbs by New Years so that’s about 2 weeks away we’ll kinda

Just reached 10k steps and I broke my 41 hour fast with 370 kcals I might have more but idk. I weighted in today at 124.4lbs so I’m under 125lbs!

So I binged yesterday I was a week and 3 days clean from binging I had around 2500 cals I took some laxatives and I’m fasting for at least 40 hours and I’m weighing myself tomorrow morning, I’m giving my self the weekend to get back to 120lbs. I’m also walking a lot today so I’m aiming for 15k steps

I actually just broke another 22 hour fast just with a banana but I can’t weigh myself today I’m not at home with my scale cause I had to leave my house last night due to a heated argument.
But omg I can almost see all my ribs on my back and my hip bones are sticking out and collar bones are way more prominent too!
Might have a little more today all depends on how I feel yk

lol so I’ve been drinking all day but the only thing else I had today was a fita wrap which is around 300 cals and I’m probably just going to fast till school unless I’m forced to eat breakfast

I fasted for 22 hours after breaking my 41 hour fast with 150 cals but I burned it off. Today I had 258 cals and it’s Friday so I won’t be able to burn as much as I do on the weekdays cause no school. So I’m going to fast for as long as I can hopefully I do another 36 hour fast.
Anyways I’m going to weigh myself tomorrow morning and I’ll post it tomorrow.
