yes! I'm actively working on this series, currently editing earlier chapters, adding additional scenes, and making sure all of the endings are properly set up

Just out of curiosity, is there any reason why Seraphina chose the name "Briseis?"

Briseis was the name of one of the early nymphs. This will be be brought up at some point in book 3

I absolutely and passionately love the Keeper of the Sun and Moon series so much! It was my first COG book (introduced to me by my best friend) and ever since it has been my number one favorite :D. My favorite RO is Kol Foster, which is vanilla to some, but good enough for me! I made a Spotify playlist on it. I would love to hear your thoughts on the songs I included! BTW, I headcanon MC as a Radiohead fan. It just makes sense! Thank you for reading my AMA (Though I didn't actually ask anything) :D.

At the Book 3 solstice, the second choice after Marcela arrives (whether MC trusts her), option 3 is that she wouldn't be with Frostbite because they killed her mother Melanthe in the Delacroix Massacre. Is this a mistake? I thought she died in the town hall fire in book 1.

How can there be so much pain, but also so much tenderness in this update 🥲 In the previous chapters, it's almost felt as if we've been left to deal with matters on our own (considering everyone else has their own problems to tend to). Yet somehow, there was still so much comfort and care from our friends in ch.9 if we welcomed it 🥹

Will you be adding more friend relationship changes to the demo? There've been a lot of situations where I'd think certain characters might have a strong reaction to a choice or event. Like, if you run away in chapter 4, MC can tell Katia is feeling a lot of resentment because she's been under so much stress to try to save the world and you just skip town, but this isn't reflected in stats. I'd imagine the others would also have their own opinions (Thalia's probably like heh, understandable).

yes! I find it helpful to separate out writing from stat changes so I tend to go back and add those later on

Why doesn't a romanced Sera read MC's mind while they're being an ass all of chapter 9?

A couple reasons

She tries to respect MC's privacy.

MC has had two years to learn to defend against telepathy to at least some extent.

A lot of the times MC will have thoughts that don't show the full context and would just make her more confused.

MC's head is a mess right now and they're very emotionally distressed. MC that doesn't like Sera comments in their narration that Seraphina's more likely to hurt herself than anything if she looks too deeply at their thoughts, which is accurate.

Hmmmm.... If we can't compel everyone to forget us for the angsty ending we sadists want because it is realistically impossible, how about we compel them to hate us? 👀
