Wasn't allowed to eat breakfast because of my plan (could eat 500kcal today), so I only ate lunch and a snack:)
Breakfast: nothing
Lunch: mashed potatoes
Dinner: nothing
Snacks: granola bar

PS: Did my workouts at 5am and felt like I had much more energy today:)

🥑Food log - 12/5/21
I don't know why but I was't really able to fast long the last days and I also think I gained a little bit weight back when I was with my father. So I am now gonna go back to my plan. Todays limit was 500 kcal.
Breakfast: needed to fast till 1 pm because I am still interval fasting
Lunch: I ate some yoghurt with some oatmeal and banana.
Dinner: nothing
Snack: I ate some cucumber and one piece of chocolate

PS: I did't work out today because I just felt way to dizzy and tired.

Please help me :( I have binged the whole last week and now my friends wanna meet me on the weekend. My plan was to simply fast till friday but I am already so hungry and I dont wanna eat because I know it would end up in binging and probably purging so pls help me😩
