#Repost @kstew222 ・・・ When I froze my eggs at age 37 I never intended to speak publicly about it. I never saw myself as a self-proclaimed “egg advocate” or a fertility blogger. I never imagined I’d be hosting LIVE transparent conversations with Black women (and men) about our reproductive health and the isolated pain we feel when our dreams to parenthood are interrupted. And I certainly didn’t imagine I’d be sitting in a trailer with @keshiaknightpulliam, pouring out my fertility heart, only for her to say to me, “I’m producing a documentary about this. Tell us your story.” Just a few days later I spoke with the incomparable @quitawrites, creator/producer of EGGS OVER EASY, who softly crafted the perfect safety net for my truth to take flight!! On January 4th at 9pm on OWN, you will see what I NEVER KNEW my eggs were truly meant to do - to HEAL. My story is one of millions of people with a goal to love a child.
