Keto Tuna Tacos for lunch😋😋. Tuna was fried on the pan with olive oil, onions, heavy cream and olives. Tacos was made with a combination of shredded cheddar and mozzarella in circles on baking paper, baked in the oven at 200°C for a couple of minutes, then cooled down. Salad part is tomatoes, bell pepper, cucumbers and feta cheese. Combined together, its a dish to die for! Another keto meal with a spoon ;) Keto Bosnian Pot Stew (Bosanski lonac) recipe and preparation: . Ingredients: Onions, garlic, beef, paprika, bay leaf, cabbage, zucchini, salt, pepper, beef broth. . Preparation: Put some lard at the bottom of the pressure pot. Dice up one onion and 2 cloves of garlic . Beat 1kg of beef into thin pieces and put it in. Add salt, paprika and black pepper. One Sliced zucchini . Few bay leaves. Half a chopped cabbage. Then pour a liter and a half of beef broth over it. Cook under pressure until it whistles and then put it on low heat for another 45minutes. . No need to stir. Keto Fathead Pizza is the best pizza there is! 🍕🍕😘👍. The crust is perfect, there is no bloating after, and it is so low in carbs it fits any macros. Oh yeah, and its easy to make ;) . Melt 200g of shredded mozzarella (not fresh) together with 100g of cream cheese and mix it together with a fork. Add to that 100g of almond flour, 1 egg and some basil and oregano. Then work it with your hands in a dough ball and refrigerate it for 10 minutes, before taking it out and rolling it out between two baking papers. Then set it in a oven for 10 minutes at 200°C, then take it out, flip it, put toppings and return to the oven for 5 more minutes. . Low Carb Keto Homemade Bread! . If you are in a need of a bread to go alongside your Keto diet, this is one of the ideas that doesnt include my favorite, Fathead dough. So here we go with the recipe: . Ingredients 150 Grams Almond Flour 6 Eggs Separated into yolks and whites 1 Tsp Baking Powder 1/4 Tsp Salt 1 Tsp Cream of Tartar (vinski kvasac) 4 Tbsp Melted Butter . Instructions: Preheat the oven to 190C. In a clean bowl, begin whipping the egg whites. Add the Cream of Tartar. Whisk the egg whites on medium speed to stiff peaks. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolk. Add the salt, baking powder and melted butter to the egg yolks and whisk it together Add the almond flour into the egg yolks in three additions. Once the almond flour is completely incorporated into the egg yolk mixture, fold in the egg whites. First add a third of the whites in, folding gently to lighten the mix. Then fold in the remaining egg white in two batches. Butter up your loaf tin and pour in your batter. Bake the bread for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in it comes out clean.
