4t3 Mechtasims Ceramic Candle Holder (deco)

Heyo, I converted this candle holder by Mechtasims because ya know, it’s super fricken cute. I know it was originally a lamp, but idk I always seem to want to just use things like this as a regular decor item, and then I have to go through the hassle of always turning the lamp off and whatnot. So yea, this version here is just a decor item. Though if you wouldddd prefer this item as a lamp, here’s martassimsbook’s version, lights and all.

           4t3 Convert from Linzlu’s 1960s Tina Mod Dress

A 4t3 convert from a 1960s for all your fun sims, made by Linzlu, now to ts3! Another one from Linzlu, I just can’t get enough from her cc! And this dress, ugh! A lot of presets too, which is really fun! Hope you like it! Enjoy! <3

Known problems;

- Minor clipping of the body and the dress above the armpits in the back with certain animations. Don’t worry tho, it’s just some animations where the sims are putting their arms very far forward, and it’s even less noticeable with the light presets!

* Note that teens and elders have unsolvable neck gaps. This is sadly the price for having them available!

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE DOWNLOADING:

So the dress, as you saw in the preview pictures, has 7 total presets/variables! The three first are floral presets (not recolorable), the other three are some fun 1960s patterns (not recolorable), and the last one which is a simple plain yellow preset, which is completely recolorable and CAStable! I just couldn’t let anything out of this one, all of them are just so pretty and cool!

Tough and Tufted Sectional Set + Chaise Lounge Mod

I’m back with more conversions from The Sims 4: Dream Home Decorator! This time it’s one of the sectional sets, with 16 pieces total. Each of the sectional sofa pieces acts like a living chair, with the exception of one piece that acts like a loveseat, one that acts like a coffee table, and another that acts like a lounge chair (not pictured). The pieces fit together seamlessly, though you may have to do a bit of fiddling with the curved piece in the third picture. 

Additionally, there are four chaises to choose from, which can fit into any sectional configuration. They’re also functional. Yes - that’s right - functional chaises!! I converted the chaise animations from The Sims 4 and made a simple script mod so sims can nap or relax on them, like my sim in the last picture. The interactions are available for Teens and Above, but there is a bit of sinking with teen sims. Nothing major though.

Note: In order for the chaises to function, you need to place the “twinsimming_Chaise Lounge Script” file in your Mods folder under Packages.
