So currently 2 weeks and 1 day out! Weight is sitting pretty at 46.7kgs. I'll do body fat on Sunday.
I'm living off hake at this point, it's not great 🤣🤣

I'm doing 2 cardio sessions a day and 1 weight training session. Its amounting to around 3.5 hours a day.
I'm soooo keen to see my final package!
Tomorrow I'm enjoying my last meal out probably until the night before my show.
Make up and tan is booked.
Posing is still questionable... I need to make more of an effort to practice over the next 2 weeks!! Its just unpleasant because its winter and it's cold to stand in a bikini for a period of time 🙃
Usually I just focus on getting my 10k steps in with a daily walk to the shop to buy groceries. However, now that I'm prepping for comp, I do cardio 6 days a week. Currently 60 min a day on top of my walk :)
