18 MONTHS LATER ♡(4 Jan 2024)
Well... what a shitshow the last 18 months have been.
Got divorced. Moved houses. Moved jobs. Lost more than I can say. Had my heart ripped out my body. My soul shattered.
Dropped to 41kgs. Now I'm back to 50kgs.
I'm desperately unhappy.
43kgs was my happy place. Which means I have 7kgs to lose... I am not gonna do anything drastic. 1kg per week.
Gym 5x a week.
Run 5x a week.
Walk 3km 5x a week.
I will do official stats on Monday.... the idea is to be at goal weight on the same date I found out about the affair.....

16 DAY RESET
So, I'm currently sitting at my "prep weight" of 46.6kgs. However I'm not feeling at my optimal. Physically and emotionally.
I'm going away on thr 15th and I'd like to use the next 2 weeks to reset my head.
Training 6x a week
2.5 liters of water a day
No alcohol
No sweets
Veggies daily.
Prouductivity
I'll update daily! :)

Prep update:
So currently 2 weeks and 1 day out! Weight is sitting pretty at 46.7kgs. I'll do body fat on Sunday.
I'm living off hake at this point, it's not great 🤣🤣
But we doing all the things!
I'm doing 2 cardio sessions a day and 1 weight training session. Its amounting to around 3.5 hours a day.
I'm soooo keen to see my final package!
Tomorrow I'm enjoying my last meal out probably until the night before my show.
Make up and tan is booked.
Posing is still questionable... I need to make more of an effort to practice over the next 2 weeks!! Its just unpleasant because its winter and it's cold to stand in a bikini for a period of time 🙃
Buuuuttt let's go go go! Last push!

PREP AIN'T FOR SISSIES
Today has been so tough. I feel like I can barely keep my eyes open. I'm tired, I'm irritable... but I got shit done.
I did 1hr personal training
4.5km walk
And 1 hour cardio.
I ate my meals and did what needed to be done. And I'm one step closer to my goal... 3.5 weeks out.

How often do you, do cardio?
Usually I just focus on getting my 10k steps in with a daily walk to the shop to buy groceries. However, now that I'm prepping for comp, I do cardio 6 days a week. Currently 60 min a day on top of my walk :)
