Through interviews and looking at nursing from the perspective of caregivers and companions, we found that the care of patients at the end of their lives can give their families a lot of strength to face the fear of death, the struggle of medical decision-making, and the adjustment of loss and grief. The impact of this care is also why cancer survivors are willing to be interviewed. We believe in listening, companionship, and therapeutic communication to help them face their grief and give new meaning to past memories, which is also a form of healing and continuous care for the bereaved. Therefore, at the end of the interview, we also presented paintings with important meanings, hoping I look forward to giving more support and strength to cancer bereaved families.
