Do You Believe In Magic?
Magic, miracles, fairytales, hokum. Agnes Kitsworth didn’t believe in any of it. Why should she believe in anything that had the potential to save her? She’d spent too long dying to believe that there was any such thing as a cure left in the world.
or, four times she almost believed in magic and one time he almost stopped

Today, February 7th, 2018, marks the one year anniversary of 4x13, BOOM, which was the birth of this tiny little ship. There’s not many of us here, but we’re still treading water, so why not do a little something?
If you want to post a fic or edit, today would be the day to do it! Or, if you’d rather, submissions will remain open. Whether it’s something small or something big, it doesn’t matter, or if you don’t want to create anything, you don’t have to, but no matter what you choose
Happy Kitscliffe Day!

Kitscliffe + Guardian Angel AU (part 1)
In 1985, Holden Radcliffe was trying to earn his degree in biology, and only got sidetracked and slowed down because of an art history elective course. On the first day of class, he was sat next to the pretty foreign student from Australia – Agnes Kitsworth. She was brilliant, and beautiful, and funny… and not human.
Agnes was a member of the High Angelic Society, sent to earth specifically to closely watch over Holden himself. Her job was to make sure he finished his degree and went into research, not to form human feelings for her assignment. Feelings like genuine affection, and maybe that little hint of something more. The society could justify taking her wings for something like that.
So, she kept it a secret from the only family she knew, and let herself fall for the sweet would-be scientist she would give anything to protect.

endless list of marvel AUs (13/?) {for @holdendadcliffe}
Agnes & Holden: Hogwarts
Gryffindors and Slytherins don’t get along. It’s practically an unspoken rule at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. So what is Holden Radcliffe, renowned genius Slytherin extraordinaire, supposed to do when he finds himself falling for Agnes Kitsworth - the smartest, prettiest, most wonderful witch of their age… who happens to be a Gryffindor?
And what happens when he finds out that she feels the same way about him? Keeping your relationship a secret from two entire houses isn’t exactly easy…

okay but I don't know enough about HP to answer this for myself - which Hogwarts houses would Kitscliffe be in?
I LOVE HOGWARTS SORTING OMG.
Okay, so, based on the criteria of the Sorting Hat, I feel that Holden would be a Slytherin and Agnes would be a Gryffindor. My reasoning is as follows:
Holden: Contrary to popular belief, not all Slytherins are evil. Of course, depending on one’s view of Dr. Radcliffe, this may have been the “obvious” choice. But I fall under the spectrum of him not being a villain, per say, but rather a desperate man. According to the Sorting Hat, Slytherins “use any means to achieve their ends”, as we’ve seen Holden do on multiple occasions. While his intentions themselves were honorable, being that he wanted to save Agnes, his means were not always ethical. This is a classic Slytherin scenario.
He also demonstrates a tremendous amount of cunning. He’s smart, but he’s also clever - one would have to be to take down Melinda May and infiltrate SHIELD. One could also argue that he doesn’t fall into the Ravenclaw spectrum purely because he does not fully evaluate the situations that he puts himself in. He does what he needs to do to survive, and to protect those he cares about, but he doesn’t think about what the repercussions may be. A Ravenclaw would fully evaluate the situation before putting a plan into action - hence, he doesn’t fit into that house.
Agnes:Based purely upon the episode and the information about Agnes that we learned from it, Gryffindor seemed the most suitable house to put her in. Some may argue that Ravenclaw would have been more appropriate, given her clear intelligence and appreciation for classical art, but just look at Hermione Granger. All signs pointed to her being a Ravenclaw, but she was sorted into Gryffindor instead, because she is brave at heart.
While Agnes is intelligent, there is far more to her than just that. This is a woman who wakes up and stares death in the face, day after day. She demonstrates incredible bravery just in being able to get out of bed, much less put on a smile for strangers despite the crap hand that life has dealt her. Not to mention, she also displays a clearly Gryffindor trait - chivalry.
Not only does she do what is brave, she does what is right, even if it will cause her pain. She wanted nothing to do with Holden after how he left her, but she still went along with Coulson’s plan to help rescue May because she felt it was the right thing to do. She “faced her demons” head-on, not for her own benefit but to help others. How can anything possibly be more Gryffindor than that?
This was fun, so now I’m going to turn it into an ask game.
Send me characters and I’ll sort them into Hogwarts houses!

a concept: Holden Radcliffe and Agnes Kitsworth are together and happy and healthy and don’t have to worry about SHIELD or robots or dark magic because they’re together and happy and healthy
