The biggest problem with Billy’s Strikeforce characterization

While it isn’t exactly how I think of the character, I don’t really have a major issue with the way Billy’s shown in the book so far, except for the fact that at some point he just... became fine with murder? 

You could probably make arguments that the Vridai ‘’don’t count’’ as living things, or that they heal, but they seem pretty alive, and they seem pretty dead once they get disemboweled. 

I’d be fine with it, if they like. acknowledged it at all. He went from being willing to kill the Warden in the Cube when pushed to his absolute mental limit, to just... killing grunts without so much as second guessing it. Just doesn’t sit right with me.

After reading StrikeForce, I can confirm that Billy’s been the same naive, inexperienced novice in every comic he’s ever featured in.

I don’t know if anyone’s made this point before, but I actually got around to reading Tony Stark: Iron Man, and the first issue is about the owner of a rival robotics company being bought out without him knowing, and how he should be grateful to be working for the ‘’winning team’’, and it all comes across as very ‘’golly, monopolies are great and should be celebrated’’
