Having been a model Kris is also part of the Fashion Sector as a Director, choreographer and coordinator of many international Fashion shows such as Mercedes Benz Fashion Week Berlin, Milan, Shanghai to name a few and the Vogue Salon Shows Germany. He has worked on TV shows and productions of all kinds as Lead Talent and as creator/Director throughout Italy,Germany,Switzerland, China, USA, South Africa, Marooco, Austria, Scandinavia, Japan, Thailand.

Expressing your truth, many times that leads to massive growth, expansion, new understandings and wisdom, and that is a wonderful thing, that is a beautiful thing. Yet we cannot predict the outcome of expressing our truth, we cannot predict the results that it will have and that is a good thing. So we have to learn to trust it, to trust ourselves, to trust our guidance and to trust our lives for putting us in this position to build trust. When you suppress your feelings and your emotions, at some point they become out of balance and volatile, because they have not been expressed. They came to be expressed and to take you someplace new, someplace new that you are not going to because you haven't shared it, you have not expressed it, you have not become it, not expanded to what it needs you to expand to. And if you choose this pattern of not expressing your truth in this relationship or that scenario, then probably this is a pattern that you continually do, and so there may be many other instances with different people, in different places, where you do not express your truth, where you do not give yourself that honour of expressing something that you know may be valid to be expressed. In expressing our truths sometimes we may have to be vulnerable. We may have to express emotions and show our vulnerable side and that is a scary thing for a lot of us. We are mainly afraid to share or emotions because of the old belief that we've been taught that sharing our emotions is wrong because it makes us weak. That is rubbish. Why you must say your truth in any relationship.
Speak your truth. When I say truth I mean that you have something inside that you know you need to share , that you know you need to express, to communicate in some way. Something that you are called to say, to express. How do you know it is your truth? You know it is your truth when the intention behind sharing it, is to bring greater clarity and greater understanding, for you and for everybody else involved in that relationship or that rapport or situation. You know it is not your truth, when your intention for sharing it is to attack or defend yourself or to belittle somebody or to make yourself feel better than somebody. If this is your intention, then it is not your truth and I would suggest that you do not speak. Be quiet and not say anything and walk away and do some soul searching to figure out what is going on. If your intention is to bring clarity and understanding then that is your truth trying to come out of you… something of substance you need to share. These fruits of greater clarity and understanding when you speak your truth, these are what can transform any relationship any rapport whether it be work, family, love, friends, whatever exchange it maybe, whatever relationship it maybe. But not if you hold back your truth and not express your truth. One of the main reasons for holding back your truth is because we are afraid of conflict and we think that by expressing our truth in this scenario, in this relationship or exchange, we may create conflict. And this conflict may result in us losing something or hurting ourselves or hurting somebody else, losing money or losing something that we call important. We hold back our truth for that reason. To not create conflict on the outside with whomever we are interacting with. But that defeats the purpose because you have already created conflict on the inside, with yourself. because you are called to express a truth, you have something of worth that needs to be said, that you are holding down and suppressing. So there is conflict, just not with others on the outside. But there is conflict with you on the inside. You have given up conflict with others so you can have conflict with yourself. But when you suppress your feelings and your emotions, at some point they begin to bubble inside of you and become out of balance and volatile. Because they have not been expressed.
