A friend asked me how my travel was going the other day and now we‘ve been on a several days long discussion about whether you can compare life to a giant gamble.

When two overthinkers have a conversation XD

Connecting with you emotional side is wild! I‘m sometimes just sitting and suddenly I feel a pain, that is reminding me about what I‘ve been ignoring my entire life.

This world is so vivid.

I don‘t really know how I‘m opening the doors to it but it‘s worth it.

Enriching.

Things that I believe make horror good

giving the viewer a feeling of loss of control. It‘s one of man‘s biggest fears.

The threat is so much bigger than you, beyond your capacity of comprehension. How ever you look at it, you can also find awe in its existence. So it should never be fully explained how it works.

slightly uncanny, distorted. And not simply covered in blood. Something about it‘s whole being must feel off.

Plus points if it‘s combined with beauty. A contradiction enforces the error in comprehension. The beauty creates a sense of sadness how something so beautiful could be so void and cold.

Neutral ethos.

It’s powerful but not in a way of simply crushing you. The threat is not actively looking to destroy you; you‘re not even big or worth enough to have the weapons directly aimed at you. You are only collateral damage as you clash into it. A casualty of its doings and you cannot stop it.
