I imagine that “home” for both of them means, among many other things, learning to feel comfortable in their own skin, being who they are, and, consequently, in each other’s presence. I like to think of Nesta not only allowing herself to love, but mainly allowing herself to receive love from those around her, including Cassian, because she deserves it. And because I’m sure Cassian is obsessed with Nesta’s hair and (I hope) he’s also obsessed with taking care of her, I asked Michelle to do this illustration. I’ve wanted to explore smut for quite some time now, but I don’t wanna make anyone that already follows me here to feel uncomfortable. To avoid that, I created a side account (under the handle @miminotsafe) and if you don’t mind that kind of art at all, then I’d be glad to see you there!
