✨️ The practice of walking the labyrinth path is a process of gradual Transformation, one you are actively creating with Intention. It involves Patience with and Faith in yourself and your own deep well of Inner Wisdom. Trust your own unfolding! 🎇
Posted a new poem on Substack this evening. Wrote it the other day. I did something different with it. Featured it in a video, around which I improvised a tune on my mandolin. Enjoy!

Here's a preview of my first creation in a new series of magnets I am creating ~ Magic Portal Magnets! 🌠
Posted this poem on Substack, along with an audio recording of me reciting it with flute music from Titanic in the background. The poem was inspired by a poetry prompt: Shoreline.
I am hosting a Fellowship Walk on the Labyrinth Path at the Unitarian Church of Marlborough and Hudson MA tomorrow afternoon: Sunday, 2/18, 1-3pm. All are welcome! We will be walking as a group to listen to our hearts, then create a multimedia picture of what our hearts are drawn to. Look forward to walking with you!
❤️Stepping onto the labyrinth is stepping into liminal space and time. It is "kairos" (nonlinear) time, sacred time. You deserve to give this precious gift of time and fellowship to yourself!
*Fee is $10 to support the church and cover materials/prep time.
Inspired by this snowy day in New England and a winter poetry challenge on Substack and Instagram, I did something different. I composed a poem via improv video recording on the labyrinth path. Follow the link to read the poem and enjoy the video! #tinywinterpoem
Floored by this TEDx Talk! Many aspects of Leah's life experiences reflect my own (never institutionalized, but it's possibility was threatened by my parents). Recently, I have been recommended for Neuropsych testing, with the possibility of my having autism. When my SWer suggested this, so many of my life experiences began to make sense. The amount of times I heard the words "what's wrong with you?" throughout my life is staggering. Whoa! Leah's statistics about underemployment, missed opportunities, etc. also match my experience. I’m about to lose my home in co-housing because my ex has weaponized the legal system against me, and my family won’t help me because they’ve labeled me as “frivolous.” Perhaps my family are mistaking my individual expression of autism for their definition for "frivolous," which they have used to ostracize me.
Many heartfelt thanks and appreciation for all of you who visit my page and support my work on Ko-Fi. Bright Blessings!
Snowflakes in freefall, dancing ice crystals released from thick, white, fluffy clouds, gathered close together in the sky above. They descend lightly atop grass, shoulders, tree branches. Together, they hold hands as they land, creating a soft blanket of sparkling crystals with their union. They giggle as we pick up crowds of them and squish them together into balls. They delight in flying through the air once again when we through the balls at each other.

Snowfall is enchanting, especially at night.🌙 The falling, fluffy crystals sparkle in lamplight and quietly capture my imagination with the blanket of stillness they create.
