When in a global and/or a personal crisis, being creative is not always first priority, or not even close, but it is a source of joy that I hope to never lose for too long, and I'd guess many artists feel the same. What do you think?

"Some physical things for spikes of anxiety: Breathe deeply, let it be and pass, focus on your breath, there are mindfullness/meditation videos to listen to that are designed to help you relax. An advice that makes sense to me is drinking ❄ ice cold ❄ fizzy water or letting a lil ice cube melt in your mouth, because the physical sensation forces a change in the body. A full on panic attack is a little bit different from what I've personally experienced, but when things are calm you could think about different ways to reset physically, even when you're relaxed. Cold/hot foot baths, or just laying on the floor until you feel better. It sucks, it does, especially alone & at night. You might've mostly just wanted someone to chat with, but I wrote what I wrote. 🤸♂️"
