Given that it’s the holiday season and I have some time on my hands, here’s a little gift to the rpc community. This set was inspired by christmas and would be used well for any sort of royal / elite / academia styled roleplay. Super easy to use ( includes a crown logo with it ! ) Just note again that the PSD included is prone to washing out / making skin more pastel than necessary ( manually adjust the images you wish to select, the more saturated the picture, the better. ) Anyways, enjoy, let me know if you have any questions!

𝐈𝐍𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐓𝐘𝐇𝐐  is  a  revamped  appless  multifandom  rp  that  takes  place  on   aurora  ,  an  island  located  on  a  planet  rooted  in  a  pocket  universe  .  there  ,  characters  have  been  living  what   seems  to  be  a  normal  life  ,  with  no  memories   of  their   past  lives  .  the  power  of  reality  ,  however  ,  was  underestimated  and  is  now  being  manipulated  by  hidden  forces  as  the  characters  are  starting  to  have  nightmares  with  flashes  of  who  they  truly  are  :  all  while  their  own  powers  start  to  manifest  .   will   they  be  able  to  understand  the  truth  or  will  they  choose  to  continue  living  a  lie  ?

What the hell does " pro-veteran anti-military " mean?

it means i can oppose war, american imperialism, the military industrial complex, and the cult of male violence without discounting the myriad factors that contribute to someone enlisting, including but not limited to millions of dollars spent annually to recruit children. 

also means i’m disgusted with a culture that superficially venerates veterans for nationalist and capitalist purposes while simultaneously fucking them over re: housing and healthcare and suppressing veteran voices should their experience as a vet happen to inform anything resembling anti-military sentiment

All characters are self-insert characters. They are you a little to the left, or a particular piece of you dialed up to 11, or the you that you would have been if the path of your life had angled just slightly differently, or you if you never learned this one important thing. 

Every character is part of you, but more than that every character starts with a piece of you, big or small, it’s you in one way or another at the beginning. There’s nothing wrong with that. In fact it’s essential. That seed of you, that lives in them, it’s what gives them life, breath and blood and bone. And then you tend it, growing it, shaping them along paths you could never have walked nor imagined for yourself. Until they become someone else entirely. A wholly fictional character. But also you, a little bit, somewhere in there in the heart of themselves. 

Every character is a self-insert character. It’s only a matter of degrees how much of yourself there is in them when you finally put them out into the world. Stop worrying so much about self-inserts. Worry more about putting that little you into a story that will shape them into a big, beautiful character.

this  is  the  first  page  specific  template  we  have  available.  i  set  this  up  roughly  a  month  ago  and  have  only  just  released  it  today.  this  doc  is  specifically  for  your  verses  and  is  easy  to  edit  /  adjust.  over  time,  these  page  specific  templates  can  be  combined  however  you  like  with  matching  colour  schemes  and  we  will  release  a  navigation  doc  that  you  can  use  to  link  to  individual  docs  like  bluejay.

instructions.

as  usual,  to  use  this  doc  click  on  “file”  and  select  “make  a  copy”

the  only  colours  you  need  to  adjust  are  the  background  page  colour,  the  background  colour  of  the  information,  the  highlight  colours  and  the  font  colour.

to  add  more  verses,  simply  place  your  cursor  at  the  bottom  of  the  last  verse  table,  hold  shift  and  press  the  up  arrow  until  the  verse  section  is  highlight,  click  copy  and  paste  underneath.  keep  adding  until  you  have  enough  sections  to  cover  your  verse  requirements.

need  to  know.

please  don’t  remove  the  credit  line.  you  can  edit  it  to  suit  your  colour  preferences  but  please  don’t  remove  it.

GOOGLE DOC TEMPLATE # 3; this is a simple google doc template for MULTI MUSE BLOGS. To use it open the document, go to ‘File’ and click ‘make a copy’. The FONT used is ‘Cormorant’ which should be available in the google doc font page. This is meant more as a directory, keep the muse descriptions short.

so you’ve been roleplaying for years… things change, the way the community does things shift, and sometimes there’s new skills you need to pick up and adjust to in order to make your time rping as creatively rich and fulfilling as it can be. one of those things that’s become extremely important is plotting & hcing. either in groups, in indie, or doing 1x1s, these two are the foundation to your interaction (unless you’re the type to wing it). sometimes when i interact with people, it seems they don’t really click with this process, so in the guide below, i’ll help to explain why these are so important, and how to do it in a way that not only gives you a rich plot, but helps inspire and keep your writing partner engaged with you.

disclaimer — this is just my personal experience and opinions being shared. i am not the end-all-be-all on how to interact with writing partners. this is just here to get people to begin thinking about things they otherwise wouldn’t have thought about.
