I got off my bike today to drink some water and these geese sauntered up to me. They're big domestic Chinese goose crosses, the kind that make raspy raptor noises in lieu of good Canada Honks, and they wanted food. My bike was behind me, a useless barrier, and the lead goose closed in, wondering what it would take to get corn out of me. I stood my ground, didn't cave to my instincts, and cycled away, but I have not known such Fear in an age

Veterinary clinics should list what types of animals they see!!! Does your 'small pet' clinic have a vet knowledgeable about rats? rabbits? Does 'exotics' include birds? snakes?
