(Applicable to every major)

10:30am: Wake up

Scroll on your phone and make yourself coffee

11:30am: Another coffee, clean up your desk. Reward yourself by mindlessly scrolling on your phone until 2:30pm

2:35pm: make yourself food and take a break afterwards

4pm: watch some motivational videos or scroll on Pinterest for motivation

4:30pm: get ready to study, read through texts

5pm: you’re exhausted take a break. This is a good time to complain to your friends about how hard studying is

6:30pm: leave your room and acknowledge your family or roommates tell them how much you’ve been studying all day

7pm: get back to your desk. Look over everything you still have to do today, you start to get anxious. Better calm down before studying. Let’s watch some Netflix

11pm: time to study, break every 20mins to watch more Netflix (break takes about 30min each)

2:30am: time to lay down and continue scrolling on your phone

The closer you get to your exam the more efficient this will be💪💪💪
