Do you follow a specific tutorial in order to make gifs? If not, could you please tell me which filters and settings do you use?

i don’t know how it does to everyone but actually i trying myself!! but whatever here you go its my setting;

1.Filter->Sharpen->Sharpen more

and Edit smart filter blending options…

go to the mode the Darken!! and like this:

and im not done yet;

2.Blur->Surface Blur;

3.Other-> Minimum…; sometimes i do 03, varies according to the anime’s drawing!!

4. also again Surface blur and you’re done!! like this;

and don’t forget coloring!!!!
