Tw(?) vent post, I’m basically just rambling to the void rn don’t mind me

I love going back to some of the accounts I’ve followed since I started using tumblr and it always makes me feel so nostalgic and I get the same happily giddy feeling I used to when I was rly into obey me.

I miss being 14 and constantly reading all the cheesy obey me fics and hcs whenever I got the chance. I wish I could go back to when obey me was so new and fresh in my life and how happy it made me.

Maybe it wasn’t just obey me but also all the cool ppl I met and became friends with that also made me so happy and motivated, but now it’s been months since we’ve talked.

Now I’m ganna be graduating in less then a year and a half and turing 17 in like 5 months, I’m so not ready and I just wanna be a happy and kinda cringey 8th grader again.

Adventure into the enchanted forest

Summary: Rook takes you on an enchanting adventure with a glowing surprise

A/N: This is a bday present for @lorkai , I hope you are having/had an amazing birthday and got everything you wanted!! i hope you enjoy this, HAPPY BIRTHDAY LOVEY!!!

Gentle gloved fingers ran through your hair as you slowly opened your eyes to see the French blonde above you, staring so lovingly into your eyes. His hair was pulled back into a small bun with his bangs hanging in front of his face, and his signature hat was nowhere to be seen. His face, looking down so softly at yours, was covered in shadow but the bright sunlight from above gave him a peaceful halo of the yellow light. 

With a voice as soft and smooth as silk, he whispered, “Well good morning, ma lumière” his smile grew “You are as beautiful at the morning sun, and dare I say you shine twice as bright just as you wake,,,” he trails off with a dreamy sigh and continues to stare

You can’t help but burst into giggles at the cheesiness of his words but you know he was telling the truth, he is never one to say what he doesn’t mean. “You are such a dork,” you say through giggles as you reach up and pinch his nose. He laughs as well and lifts you to scatter kisses all over your face.

It was your birthday and Rook wasted no time planning a special day with you. Rook took you deep into the forest with nothing but the promise of a beautifully adventurous day, a promise to which he did not disappoint. The day was spent exploring the forest, picnicking, watching animals, and him telling you all about the plants and wildlife that surrounded you.

But Rook had a certain place, in particular, he wanted to show you. He gestured for the two of you to stand up and, taking your hand, led you as you covered your eyes at his request. The closer you got the scent of blooming flowers surrounded and engulfed you with a calming sensation along with the sound of rushing water. Rook stopped and helped you out of your shoes, still telling you to keep your eyes covered. Once your shoes were off he softly took your free hand in his and pulled you close with water engulfing your feet to your ankles. 

He slowly took your hand for your eyes and walked backward with both your hands in his, staring lovingly at you walked backward at the edge of the small lake towards the waterfall, never once taking his eyes off of you. You didn’t have the strength to look away for a moment, even as you were both enveloped in shadow. 

Rook had taken you behind the small waterfall into a grotto that looked to be filled with millions of luminescent pebbles. The glow illuminated his face as he softly smiled to himself and turned to the mystical cave, still holding your hand, he calmly sighed before speaking,

“This is a secret place” he looked back into your eyes, his filled with pure affection “I relax here when I go hunting. I wanted to show this to you so if you ever need a safe place to breathe, you can always come here” 

You couldn’t help the smile that grew on your face at his words and gesture. You let go of his hand and enclose your arms around him in a tight hug, which he happily reciprocates.

“Ah! I nearly forgot!” Rook exclaimed before pulling away and reaching into his pocket, he pulled out a small emerald green box,

 “Your gift!” He exclaimed proudly as he presented the box in his hand to you. 

Rook opened the velvet box to reveal a ring with what seemed to be one of the many glowing rocks, it was a simple style with the magical pebble being the main focus but there was an Intricate design with the band that seemed to be vines. You were taken aback and speechless, your breath hitched in your throat, but Rook happily explained,

“A promise ring, ma lumière, so that you know, no matter what, you’ll always have someone you can go to, someone that’s always proud of you, someone that loves you.” A soft caring smile filled his face as he looked longingly at you. You couldn’t form a word, but your smile that grew with every moment and eyes that held nothing but joy were all he needed as confirmation, and he gently slid the ring onto your finger.

You both embraced in a tight comforting hug, neither one of you ever wanting to let go of the other.

HAPPY NEW YEARS LEMON!! DECIDONG WHICH CHARACTER TO STEAL THE PERSONALITY OF CAUSE NEW YEAR NEW ME!!

I should be able to walk normally/without crutches very soon... The pain is much less intense then it was at first :D I mean its still there but I walk a bit without the pain being too overwhelming so that's good!!

Crutches were not the birthday gift I wanted, but the one I got… yeah I horribly injured one of my ankles so I can’t walk normally without immense pain.

I also got a very comfy sweater, some doc martens (uh, that’s how spell it, right?), two Mario Lego sets (correction: the character the sets had was princess peach. Not Mario.), some kneaded erasers, a set of colored pencils, and a cool notebook!!
