So much of our suffering is about resistance. Accepting our struggles for what they are, without overthinking them, can be incredibly liberating.
Let it happen. And then let it go.

It was difficult to come up with new ideas for poems so I decided to write a meaningless one.
Well, I tried. We humans can find (and create) meaning for pretty much anything. But sometimes this search can be useless. Especially when being creative, I’m trying to embrace the meaningless, the strange.
I’m trying to try less, if that even makes sense, and really just allow it to happen. Allow the possibility of something new, something beautiful. Or maybe, most times actually, just something. Is it good? Is it bad? I can’t really know. It just is.

What day is today beyond its invented name?
This poem was inspired by some hazy memories from when I was just a kid. I would wake up by the sound of people talking and stay in bed listening without having any idea of what was being said. Somehow I felt safe and there was also a tender curiosity in the air, which is kind of a hallmark of my childhood.
Anyway, it might be too specific but I tried to capture the whole mood with this poem. I hope you liked it!
