HEY.. Been a while :) But I have picked up a tablet pen once again to produce!!! Another LotRO OC uvu. Her (chosen) name is Ûrizâir or 'sun longing' in Adunaic, a somewhat mean nickname playing on the term 'sea longing' that she picked up from her compatriots after she left Edhellond with Aldarion on the Númerrámar and came to be the longest running member of the Guild of Venturers and their master shipwright. She now lives in Umbar as a kind of honorary Corsair. How did she come to make her home amongst the heretics of old Numenor, many of whom with a passionate revulsion for the Quendi? 'I can't stand elves either' she will state, bluntly, 'nor their sycophants.'

Hello, the newest expansion for LOTRO released a few days ago and I had treated myself to it which meant I got to make another lil guy to run around Cardolan with, so this is Morvoran! He’s 79 years old, he’s divorced, he’s a disgraced and exiled Ranger on account of the aforementioned divorce and he hates himself in the most repressed queer catholic way possible, so he’s literally just a guy. I’m very fond of him.

So sorry both for the long time it took to reply and also because this is the brush I used for that piece! It was something I picked up in my trawling of the clip studio free brush market, it should be on there somewhere!

But if you want my advice, if lineart is a real struggle for you, I’d recommend starting off with a single-width brush with no pressure variation in it’s width, this will give you a more uniform look and help with the whole struggle of creating uneven line work. It does mean you lose a lot of depth in the lineart BUT especially if you’re like me with weak little shakey hands then it really helps!

It’s nearly two years to the day that I drew the first party portrait for our DnD campaign and since then a lot’s happened to the gang! Amory got slobbered on by a tentacle monster and acquired a snake, we rediscovered the origin of the dwarves, two party members left and two new ones joined, and Sataro discovered her giant wife frozen in time! And much more!! I want to be clear that the majority of the party are not short, it is just that Sataro and Vekna are 7′7 and 8′1 respectively.
