Mostly lined this try out a new g pen brush I found on CSP store it's okay. not sure how much I'll use it in the future, it's a bit tricky to control its line weight.

About the AU: Not sure where to go with this AU, but that day both have imprinted onto eachother severely. They must protect eachother haha. Also the gap moe of SJ biting off some guy's finger one moment and then contently licking salt off YQ's hand the next. Moe. For the story I haven't thought much beyond that maybe YQY's ultimate goal is to free SJ, but can't as long his father is in charge. But time runs out when QJL catches fancy of SJ and wants to buy him. So they hurriedly hash out a plan to have SJ escape, YQY cries at a confused SJ, who then drags YQY into the sea with him. No way he's gonna leave without his Qi-Ge 😤 maybe exchanging flesh to get YQY breathing underwater or fleeing somewhere far away to live together in peace, while also selling SJ's tears for money lol. Other alternative is SJ living contently as YQY's "pet", he doesn't need the sea when Qi-Ge is right there. Also smth smth fucking SJ into tears---- yeah.

With (credible) rumors about tumblr soon selling its data to midjourney for AI training, it truly is a peculiar situation for everyone on this website.

Personally, it's a choice between yeeting all my art off the platform à la twitter or keep it, but with some asterisks attached for the future.

For one deleting it all won't actually delete the post (and thus art) itself, due to how tumblr works. Even now glazing everything in post is useless, because edits don't carry over in existing reblogs.

So deleting the blog is mostly off the table.

But what now?

It's a bit hard to say for me. As I do have some attachment to this hellsite. That's why even when I was mostly on twitter, I kept being somewhat active here

But as time goes one, the good will I had keeps getting stretched and now this is the final straw for me.

Obviously, going forward, every picture on this blog will be glazed, nightshaded when the webversion is out. Sadly, I think this also means the update frequency will decrease a lot, as glazing will add a not insignificant amount of time to the posting process.

I'll also start using tumblr less, either migrating to other websites like bluesky etc. or just become less active on social media as a whole. I'll still be in the qijiu week discord though, so you can find me and my scattered art there too.

Otherwise, when I remember, I post occasional stuff on ko-fi as well.(even have a sorted gallery of sorts, so it's a nice place to have things sorted)

Recently I found this old art I made for roleplaying being a fujo, while making up fake PIDW excerpts to intuit qijiu from PIDW. It was lots of fun, I hope I can find time to do it again in the future maybe.

(I did have an update ready but my laptop crashed while typing and I never recovered from that loss...)

Sneak Peek of the doujin I'm currently working on (text and art not final) progress has slowed down significantly ever since holidays are over, but it's progressing steadily. I sometimes feel like I'm not drawing a lot because of the lack of posts, so depending on my mood I might posts WIPs here and there. Although the pages you see there are as good as finished.
