A Masterpost of Dysphoria-Relieving Crystals
After a lot of teasing and a long time waiting, here it finally is!
So I struggle with dysphoria of all sorts, even though I usually just identify as the gender I was born as for ease. And I know that my own dysphoria experiences will be different from someone else’s.
With that in mind, I’ve done research into crystals that can help.

I’d like to thank @underworldariel, @spellboundwitchcraft, @thewitchofthenorse, @jonahwelch and @your-local-spoon-witch for compiling your lists and resources (linked as given) to make my compilation job easier! You guys rock! (And sorry for the @’ing.)
As a final note, good luck to all of you witches with dysphoria!

Giant spell jar for protecting the LGBTQ+ community! I felt this was needed for the times we’re in.
It’s made as a jar that can be charged by adding whatever you can, be it a sigil, a smaller jar, or an exact copy. That’s why the lid is not wax-sealed.
From the bottom layer upward:
🥀 Salt
🥀 Mugwort
🥀 Lavender
🥀 Lemongrass
🥀 Lemon Peel
🥀 Allspice
🥀 Basil
🥀 Parsley
🥀 Hibiscus
🥀 Fluorite and amethyst chunks
🥀 Clear quartz points
🥀 Seashells
