Remember, because you're trying to get better, things will get worse to prevent you from doing that. Your mind will use familiarity to keep you "safe" and that's how you never grow.

A common misconception I've had is that Spirituality is restrictive and binding but I'm learning it's actually freeing, more freeing than the alternatives.

These feelings, the emotions, come and go in waves,

sometimes I swim to the shore and still can't quite make it,

other times I drown and find myself instead.
