Saturday 6th august, 2022
Today I had 463 calories.
For breakfast I had a small can of spaghetti hoops and 2 rice cakes.
For dinner I had a thin bagel with cheese and ham.
I also had an edible which was 100 calories.
I have kept myself hydrated with no sugar vimpto.
I’ve done no exercise today, just smoking.
My weight this morning was 87.1 Kg.

Another successful 500 day :)
I’m starting the 2468 diet on Monday and I’m going to do it twice, 8 days total. Then go back to 500 for a week.
I’m going to track how much I lose and also do before and after pics !!

The plan
I’m going to break my fast tomorrow at 7pm.
I weighed myself this morning and I’m still above the weight I was pre binge :(
Hopefully almost 2 more days of fasting will help put me back down.
I’m going to break it with a vegetable biryani I got from lidl, it’s huge and it’s only like 450 cal.
I’m wanting to try lots of different week long diets.
I think I’ll do it by doing a diet for a week, then eating 500 cal a day for a week. Then repeat :)
So I’m capped at 500 across the weekend and then on Monday I’m going to try a new diet.
Please comment any diet suggestions that are 7-10 days long !!

I binged on day 11 :(
Overall I had just under 2000 cal 😭 I haven’t weighed myself this morning and I’ve been fasting today, drinking lots of water.
I’m going to get some lax so that tomorrows weigh in will be accurate.
I’m also gunna see if my housemates will come on a walk along the canal. I like mindlessly walking and talking but I hate the silence when on my own :(

I have don’t a low cal liquid fast today. I’ve had 2 monster Ulster mango which are 13 cal each. I’m going to have a few bottles of low cal dilute juice before bed too.
I’ve just been smoking, as always. Smoking weed suppresses my hunger so it makes fasting easier.

Anyone else think something bad will happen after things being good for a while?
I just feel really happy atm. It’s lasted for a few weeks. I’ve been keeping up with basic hygiene, doing my laundry, losing weight, getting on with people, etc.
It may seem like a normal life to some people but I’m really proud of myself. Depression comes with my ADHD so I usually have a messy appearance, lack of personal hygiene, binging like a pig.
But I can’t help but think that something bad is going to happen. Good things don’t last long for me.

So I treated today as a bit like a last supper haha. I find it easy to fast but not when I’m on my own with nothing to do :( I’ve got no friends that live around me so all I’ve got is a tv and an iPad or my PC.
I’ve just smoked all day really, went to the tip because we have a ton of rubbish and our bins were full, then went to Morrisons and got some crates of Monday ultra mango.

My housemate was working today so I’ve been doing some more unpacking to keep me busy. Not had many urges to binge today as I did yesterday so I’m feeling better. However I feel rlly fat when looking in the mirror, I’m hoping it’s just all in my head 😭
