Ginger tea always helps me. You can take dong quai or iron supplements. Use cinnamon, basil, or parsley for seasoning while you are eating. Cerasee tea is also good but the plant may be hard to find depending where you live. Use essential oils like clary sage, cypress, geranium, lavender, and grapefruit in a bath (add rose petals) or massage blend (onto the abdomen). Drink water and eat some dark chocolate.
(fresh ginger tea recipe: boil sliced ginger root then simmer covered for 20 minutes or more, add lemon and simmer for another 15 minutes, strain and add honey)

be poetic. if you find the way the light falls through your window and onto your bedroom wall pretty, write about it. call it soft and golden as sunlit honey. if it makes you glad to be alive then it’s not silly. you look for the beauty of things, be proud of that. say the heavy rain is kissing you. write about the glow of the moon, the dancing of flowers. make your world magical. collect your metaphors and treasure them.

There’s an Arab proverb which goes by,
“Do good and throw it in the sea”
Meaning, do good for people and forget about it, don’t expect anything from them.

“PERFUME—the heady and elusive marriage of the essences of herbs and spices, wild grasses and flowers, bark and animal and tree—is an engine of the universe. From earliest times, people have taken pleasure in rubbing fragrant substances into their skin. Timeless and universal, scent has been a powerful force in ritual, medicine, myth, and conquest. Perfume has helped people to pray, to heal, to make love and war, to prepare for death, to create. To inspire, after all, is literally “to breathe in.””

Not very religious but I strongly believe savory foods should be slightly sweet and all sweets should have a touch of savory or bitterness. eg cracked sea salt on chocolate and sugar or honey on tomato sauces
