Sigh it’s so hard being so gorgeous/ugly, funny/annoying, an angel/the most horrible person alive, so lovable/the unwanted friend in the group, perfect/severely mentally ill, etc.

i watched a video titled "bpd abuse" the other day and it sent me into a massive fucking spiral that i'm just now crawling out of. the video itself was neutral, but the comments were overloaded with people's horror stories about people with bpd, how people with bpd are horrible and need intense treatment, how they would never want to be around someone with bpd. i absorbed every bit of it. so,

i do not live to abuse or hurt others.

i am not inherently bad.

i am not dangerous.

i am not the disorder you pin to everyone that seems a little bit "unstable" today.
