16. Any ideas you wanted to write about but never did?
Should I be ashamed of a thirteen page google doc of story ideas I have...?
In all honesty, I have loads of ideas. I have loads of characters and plots and stories but barely make it past the prologue when actually writing :(
21. What’s your favourite writing advice to share?
Your book will not exist if you yourself don’t plop yourself in front of page and pen, laptop and word docs, ect ect. No one else can bring that idea into the world the way you can, and for others (and yourself) to have the oppertunity to read it is up to you.
Chloe: Bitch, please—Ladybug is an absolute goddess whose suit is literally made out of wife material. Look up the word “wife” in the dictionary and there she is, along with a picture of her under the definition of “beautiful” and “talented” and she makes me want to be a better person!!
Howdy 😎 How about 1, 6 & 7 for the writer's ask game?
Hi! I’ve answered 1 + 6, but here’s 7!
7. What would you say your weakest genre to write for is?
Probably mystery/crime. I love reading the genre, but I have no idea how many hints is not enough/too much or when to put them that is inconspicuous and unsuspicious. I’m working on it though :)
1. Is there a favourite character/title you enjoy writing for the most?
MLB-related, I love writing any of the love square pairs! Though, I especially like the banter I can write with Marichat. Sometimes, writing Adrinette can get a little cringe, especially after watching what I call “the statue scene” that took me three times to watch without skipping.
Though I do love a good enemies-to-lovers slow burn story :)
6. What would you say your strongest genre to write for?
Non-fanfic related, I love writing fantasy. I like creating my own creatures, I love writing about witches and mermaids/sirens and fae—not so much vampires and werewolves though.... I also love the angst that comes with an immortal creature falling in love with a human.
10. What frustrates you the most as a writer?
This may just be me, but I hate it when I have the whole plot sorted out, characters with backstories and personalities, the whole sha-bang, but never being able to write anything. I’m a pro-procrastinator with this, and often hate myself for it, but I just can’t bring myself to write sometimes ;(
