I’ve been busy and overwhelmed and completely fell off cooking and eating healthy. I’m getting back right starting today. Nothing major, just tracking my food for now. Also incorporating small workouts 4 times a week, minimum.

Lunch I had vegetable fried rice (brown rice, green bean, mushrooms, onions, bell pepper, broccoli, and eggs) made with soy sauce and brown sugar

Lunch I had a veggie bowl with brown rice, broccoli, onions, ginger, jalapeños, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Used the homemade butter.
Dinner I had 3 eggs with cheese and 4 slices bacon.
Snacked on a mango, pineapples, and chocolate covered almonds

Breakfast I had about 4 servings of trail mix.
Lunch I just ate some more trail mix and fruit.
Dinner I ate a veggie bowl with brown rice, Brussel sprouts, mushrooms, onions, red bell pepper, and jalapeños. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. I also made it using home made butter (pictured). It was good. I will whip the heavy cream longer next time and will also save the buttermilk for catfish or chicken.

I’ll start this by saying I ate horribly today.
Breakfast I had some fruit.
Lunch I had air fried pork chop and a blue cheese salad
Dinner I had a fried pork chop sandwich, chili cheese fries and a fried chicken tender with blue cheese. I also had a lemonade and chocolate milk. I also had 7/8 slices of lemon cake that were mediocre but I just ate the whole box cause I didn’t want to eat any past that day.

Lunch was air fried chicken strips and vegetable medley.
Dinner was air fried pork chop and salad with mushrooms, red onion, bell peppers, blue cheese crumbles and blue cheese dressing
Late at night I ate 3 servings of pepperoni and 3 servings of chocolate covered almonds

Dinner: salad. Red onion, bell peppers, blue cheese crumbles, blue cheese dressing. Home made chips and guacamole.
Late at night I ate some dry salami and chocolate covered almonds.

Walked my dog in the morning and evening. Went on walk. Did lower body workout from body from life book after evening walk. Also stretched (I stretched everyday since Sunday and sporadically the past 2 weeks).

Monday 8/24/2020. I walked my dog in the morning and evening and went on a walk. Did a 20 min workout on stationary bike. Got my 10k steps in.

Sunday 8/23/2020: I didn’t walk other than walking my dog in the morning. I did do an upper body workout tho. Followed a workout from body for life book.
Couldn’t do all the sets for shoulder. Did all the sets for the rest. (Chest, back, triceps)

Breakfast: smoothie. Kiwi, strawberry, pineapple, watermelon juice (hand pressed), lime juice (fresh), honey (2tbsp), diatomeous earth, flaxseed.
Lunch: pizza. Salami, mushrooms, onions, mozzarella, orange bell pepper, red pepper flakes, mozzarella cheese.
Dinner: mango and 2 servings of the hot salami.
Snack: trail mix

Breakfast: tbh I don’t remember the fruit in the smoothie. I know strawberries and bananas. Flaxseed, almond milk, honey.
Lunch: veggie pizza. Mushrooms, mozzarella, onions, orange bell pepper, jalapeño.
Didn’t really have a dinner. Probably at about 3 servings of trail mix and a mango and a half.
