154.7 .....after a fast day. Man, alcohol really messes my fasts up. Really need to cut down on that on the weekends.
Having a BBQ today and now im not sure if I should even drink with the rest of my family or not. Siiiiiiiiiigh

Day 28: fast day
153.2 today. Legit agreed to get pizza for dinner last night only because I dont like pizza and I knew I wouldn't over indulge xD it worked!
Today is a fast day, but i drank last night and that typically makes the weight stick but im done drinking for the weekend (unless we have a barbeque on sunday). I have d&d at 10am on Sunday so def no drinks tonight.

154.4 today. This bouncing back and forth is driving me nuts. I really want to get below 150.
Suggesting what to eat to my dad has been pretty helpful, though. He seems to be on board with what a request, so i can start requesting healthier things to eat or things I won't completely lose control with.

Well today turned into an eat day since we had a really bad storm and it wrecked our yard and I had to go outside and help. It was really hot out and my blood sugar got too low, so I ended up having strawberries and grapes as a snack. I didn't eat a full meal until after the 24 hour mark of my fast, but I had a full meal of Chinese food. So going to try to fast again tomorrow and this time not snack before dinner

Day 25: fast day
Weighed in at 154.5 today.
Yesterday I had a plate of strawberries and grapes for lunch and then I had two plates of spaghetti for dinner, plus tomato and mozerella.
Definitly thought I'd see the scale go up based on how much I ate for dinner, especially since I didn't count calories like I said I would. Whoops >_> I'm getting there.

Day 24: eat day
Sorry its been awhile since I've posted. I was, as mentioned in my previous post, getting mentally overwhelmed and i needed a break. Im going to try posting again every day because I've stopped holding myself accountable. For the past month, I haven't been able to get my weight below 150. I should have and I could have but I didn't because I keep letting myself cheat and not holding myself accountable.
So....here's what I'm going to do.
I'm going to post on here every day and I'm going to try to "fast" on my eat days. What I mean by this is im going to wait to eat until dinner time, which would make it a near 24 hour fast, if not a full 24 hour fast, since the last time I ate on my actual fast day. As a reminder, I allow myself a small dinner of 500 calories or below after my 24 hour fast on my fast days.
This doesn't mean i will be sticking to the same calories on my eat days. I will still try to eat more than 1,000 calories and below 1,200 calories. But I've found that I've begun snacking on unhealthy foods during my eat days (sour patch kids, beef jerky, chips and popcorn) and its made me hungrier than I usually am on my fast days and its been causing weight gain.
Additionally, I want to use my calorie tracker more consistently again. I stopped using it when I stopped posting here on Friday. This way I can keep track of how much I'm actually eating. For example, I had 2 smaller sausage links without a roll and 1 sausage link with a roll and fries on Sunday night. That's in addition to snacking on beef jerky, sour patch kids, and a whole plate of tortilla chips and salsa. Needless to say, i gained almost a full 3 lbs after.
So! Hopefully I can start to hold myself more accountable again, or otherwise I'm going to keep bouncing between 152 and 156.
Anyways, my current weight today is 155.3 after my fast day yesterday.

Day 17: eat day
Had a burger yesterday, had a burger today. At 156.2. I think i might stop posting my weight every single day. Its starting to get exhausting.
I'm probably just depressed to be honest. I'm still motivated, I just have a lot going on in my life right now and most days, I want to lie down and do absolutely nothing. Hope I break out of this funk soon...

Welp I ordered the burger and fries ....i did it after I completed the 24 hour fast but it still feels bad.

I want more than anything to order a double bacon burger and chili cheese fries. I feel so depressed and crappy today and I want comfort food so badly.

Day 16: fast day
Holy hell, somehow, after feasting for the holiday yesterday and drinking (a lot), I lost weight! Im down to 154.6, so I lost about half a pound. I definitly can feel that my stomach has shrunk, so maybe even though I felt like I ate waaaay too much, I managed to actually not as eat as much as I thought. Which is awesome!
My goal for this week is to hopefully drop down to 150.... but we will see. Last week I only lost 3 pounds, so I'm not going to get my hopes up

Day 15: eat day
Weighed in at 155.2 today, so i did lose weight, just not as much as my original goal was before I decided to give in and eat two corn on the cobs and a hotdog with the bun so I was above 500 calories (I was at around 800). I still did my 24 hour fast, at the very least, which I think helped me lose some weight.
But today is the holiday and I will be indulging in good food plus drinking, so I will most definitely see the numbers rise. Oh well.

Almost forgot to post! I weighed in at 152.8 this morning, which is a new low. However, I drank last night and alcohol makes the weight stick, plus ill be drinking more for memorial day so imagine I'll go back up. But still, very exciting! So close to 150 :)

Day 12: fast day
Somehow I weighed in at 155.5 today despite my meal last night. I'm really starting to question why my weight jumped so high after eating arguably LESS on Saturday night with those nachos.
Agh, who knows. Anyways, I'm simultaneously happy that I didn't gain any weight but I'm also really heart broken right now because we went to to see puppies yesterday and my brother decided that he didn't want them, meaning my dad and I also had to decline since our plan is to get siblings and have them visit each other a lot.
Glad I didn't gain anything because I would be a lot more miserable right now, thats for sure ...

Ohhh god. I just stuffed myself with a pulled pork sandwich with bacon and coleslaw on it, barbeque baked beans and a ear and a half of corn........uuuuuuuuuuuuggggghhhhhhh. why am I like this! I just can't stop when it comes to good food.
Tomorrow I'll be back up to 160 or higher watch this shit :,(
